Few days later,
All were gathered at Mallik's house. The environment was very serious. None were saying anything. Noor Jahan was seated on the couch with both her sons on either side.

"Hum karu di ko call karte hai.", Santu said and went into the kitchen.

On the other hand, karishma was busy with her patients. She received a call from here sister but she declined. 

"Dr. Singh... Reports aa chuke hai.", A nurse said coming into her cabin.

"I will be there in 5 minutes.", Karishma replied and the nurse left. "Abhi k liye yehi same dawai aap continue kariye... After 15 days, ye test karwa k aaiye." She says prescribing the medicine and handing it over to the patient.

"Ji... Thank you.", The patient left.

On the way to the general ward, again she receives calls from both her sisters. Again she declined and put the phone on silent going into the general ward and the same nurse handed over the reports to Karishma. She began to examine them.

"Subah ki Readings normal hai?", Karishma asked while looking at the same.

"Ji doctor. Lekin raat ko heartbeat slow hogayi thi all of a sudden.", Nurse informs her.

"Raat ko yahan kiski duty thi?", Karishma asked, closing the reports and check the pulse rate of the unconscious patient.

"Dr. Malhotra...", Nurse replied. "Unke instructions par injection de diya hai."

Karishma walks out followed by nurse."Kitni baar kaha hai humare patients k pas wo admi nai chahiye.", She shouts.

"Dr. Singh... It... Was an emergency. Heartbeat tezi se kam ho rahi thi.", Nurse lowered her head while speaking.

"Toh...? Hume call kar sakti thi na tum ki emergency hai. Last warning de rahe hai. Agar humare patients se related ho toh aadmi dur rahe toh acha hai. Kisi aur doctor ko boldo par wo careless insaan nai. Yaad rakhna iss hospital se nikal mein 2 minute nai lagenge hume", The bhaukaal queen shows her avatar. 

"Ji.. ji.", Nurse jogs from there saving her life from a doctor itself.

Karishma goes back in the ward and completes the check up. Her sisters were trying to reach her again and again but due her phone is on silent.

After checking up all her patients and their reports, Karishma finally enters her cabin after 2 hours. She took out her phone and see 15 missed calls from Barbie and Santu.

"Inn dono ko timepass nai hota hai toh hume tang karte hai..."

She leans back on her chair, in a relaxing position and opens the gallery which is almost filled with her and Haseena's photos together. Every time Haseena comes back, she makes sure she creates enough memories until Haseena returns. These photos and videos were medicine in her absence. Karishma began to miss Haseena more after seeing loving memories together.

"Jaldi aao na Giraffe hum bahut miss kar rahe hai."

Again Barbie called her, this time she picks up with an irritated mood.

"Kounsa toofan aaya di jo aap dono hume itne calls kar rahe hai. Hum kaam kare ya aap dono se baat. Kuch der chain se baithne dijiye."

"Karu ye sab baad mein. Tum abhi k abhi Ghar aao.", Barbie ignores her words and said in urgency.
