Chapter 1 how i met your father

Jade's pov- (if it's bold it's in Spanish I don't feel like translating everything again lmao)
I wake up to my brother knocking on my door abruptly pulling me from my dream I was having. Pissed off from being woken up in a rude way I tell him "fuck off." He opened my door knowing I didn't mean it and that I wasn't fully awake yet.
"Yo i need you to wake up one of my friends Is coming over and I think he wants to meet you." I glare at him still not fully awake. I start to get out of bed as he leaves my room not bothering to close the door pissing me off more. I walk over to my closet to pick out an outfit then I close my door. I grabbed a black and gray striped skirt with a black crop top thigh highs and platforms. I thought I looked cute but what do I know. Having gotten dressed I head to the bathroom to do my hair, brush my teeth, and wash my face. Once that is done I head downstairs and see that joshs friend is here. I recognize him as Eddie from joshs videos and I say hi. "Hello I'm joshs sister jade it's nice to meet you." I stuck my had out to shake his sounding enthusiastic to meet him.
"Hi I'm Eddie I've heard a lot about you it's nice to finally put a face to the name." He shakes my hand and meets my eyes with his and for a moment I thought I saw something twinkle in them but I push it off as I drop his had and sit next to josh.
"So do you boys want to play some Mario cart or something I'm bored." I look over at them Eddie being on the other side of josh.
Josh responds first saying "I'm down how about you Eddie?"
"I'm down." And so we started playing I was cracking jokes and beating there asses at the same time I was having a lot more fun than i thought I would. After about an hour and a half of that we decided to get food and so we went out. We decided on McDonald's so now we are sitting at McDonald's eating and getting to know each other. We eventually get on the topic of different languages being that Eddie said something in Spanish to which in response josh said.
"Did you know that's jades first language?"
"No I did not so you know what I'm saying when I say this? You have the most beautiful eyes I have ever seen."  He looked me dead in the eyes as he said that making me smile.
"I do in fact know exactly what you said and to that I say I do believe your eyes my be more beautiful" and some how some way I forgot josh was there until he cleared his throat getting us to look away from each other. I slightly blush and finish my food as do they. We head home for the night and Eddie decided to stay the night so he doesn't have to stay with mully. My social battery has run out by now so I say goodnight and head to bed.
