Todays the first day of senior year, I've been stuck in this shitty school/town for forever and thanks to my best friend since I was young (Kyle brovloski) it hasn't been such a hellhole lately, him and I decided to plan on meeting up with each other for our first day like we always do.

As I wake up to the smell of breakfast I get ready for the day, grabbing some clothes (dark blue baggy jeans and a grey nirvana t-shirt)from my closet and checking the time. I walk into my bathroom and start to brush my teeth, looking at myself I realized how much I've actually changed from years before. I have a more defined jaw, my hair is slightly curly and in a shaggy style, and a big plus is I've gotten a little taller.

As I rinse my mouth out I quickly hop into the shower and hop back out soon after, I slide on my clothes and walk downstairs to see my mother. "Good morning Stanley, are you hungry?" My mom ask," no ma'am" I answer. "Oh well that's okay, just please eat something today." "Yes ma'am I will" I say, as I rush to put on my shoes and hoodie and walk out the door.(with my backpack of course).

I head to Kyle's house wondering how he's been all summer, we hadn't seen each other since I had gone to another state to be with family for a few years, and Since I had been getting therapy treatments daily which he didn't mind since he knew it was for the better. now that I think about it I'm genuinely happy about going to see him, he's my best friend after all!

I stop at the convenience store to pick up something to snack on the way there and pick up something for Kyle as well, I grab a redbull,skittles and some chips and make my way to his house. It had been so long since I had been there and I was super hyped to be able to see him again, we have had our fallouts but always stick beside each other no matter what, and I love how loyal he is to me, I think to myself as I remember our faint memories from childhood.

As I near Kyle's house I see him step outside of his door wearing long baggy brown pants and a green sweater( which slightly hangs off of his shoulder ). "Hey Kyle!" I yell as I run up and hug him, "hey dude what's up, how have you been?" He responds I pull back from the hug really getting a good look at his changed features, he has way more hair then the last time I had seen him and he was WAY taller then myself. " I've been good dude!", I say " i missed you so much." I say carrying on, " same dude!, Ive got so much to tell you." He says enthusiastically as we carry on to South Park high school.
