| YOU SAT THERE, GAZING UP AT THE COLD MAN IN HIS PEDESTAL; YOUR EARS REFUSED TO BELIEVE WHAT THEY HEARD. Was this really the power the Phantom Troupe possessed? People never dared to go against you. Their faces would go cold at your family name, and they'd relent their attack, figuring pleading for mercy right away would be the best option. You cleared your throat, "Uhh, Mr. Phantom Troupe leader, I just don't know if I agree with that."

He ignored your whims entirely.

"Just think of her as another thing we stole, we already ridded the auction of their prizes," he said before sitting down on the cool tile.

"We'll be saying our goodbyes to Yorknew City as of tonight regardless," he announced, causing Nobunaga to defiantly stand up and face the boss. "Hold on just a second, what do you mean we're leaving?"

The way you did not care for this debate.

"Just like I told you, we're leaving tonight," the powerful man finalized, not shifting from his spot. He continued, looking down at his subordinate, "We'll take the rest of the treasure. And that's the end of it."

Okay, this was getting spicy, so you started to care, interested in the conversation.

"Not yet," Nobunaga rebutted. "What else is there?" his boss asked nonchalantly.

"We have to find the chain user."

THERE YOU GO that dumb chain user they were pestering about who you HAD NO IDEA WHO HE WAS.

"You're obsessed," the deathly pale man stated, and oh yeah, you agreed. Like seriously, what did the chain user do? No one explained this to you. Was he like Nobunaga's ex-boyfriend or what?

"Damn right I am. We haven't avenged Uvo's death."

Your eyes widened. This chain user killed a member. You took note of how the mention of the chain user's victim's name sent a chilling and sorrowful mood throughout the room. You also took note over how Hisoka felt no empathy unlike the rest.

"You want us to just pack and leave?" the man who detained your brother continued. His superior only calmly smiled, still looking down at him from his pedestal. "He's going to be bored in the next world if we don't send the chain user to join him."

A big burly man with elongated ears spoke, "Why don't you cut it out, Nobunaga? The boss gave an order." Nobunaga tilted his head down, but his body language stayed firm and unnerving. "Right, the boss's orders are absolute."

However, he raised his head back up, giving him a challenging glare. "But I got to wonder, are you really speaking as our leader, Chrollo?" Name-drop?

"Nobunaga, knock it off!" The same burly man warned. "Nahhhh, Nobunaga, continue, PLEASE I'M BORED," you supported whole-heartedly. If you were going to be stuck with them, you wanted to see some action at least.

"Shut up! You, too, Zoldyck! Trying to talk to Chrollo here." You rolled your eyes; the one time you weren't against the katana-wielding man he did not appreciate it. You diverted your gaze to Chrollo jumping off his ledge, walking closer to Nobunaga. You wanted to memorize his features- strong facial structure, abs, slicked back hair that would look better down.

"Before I can answer," the admittedly handsome man said, "Nobunaga, I need you to answer my questions." He materialized a book out of Nen, piquing your interest. You grew excited, expecting a fight.
