Chapter 2

The drive to his house was very quiet, that was until I blurted something out.

"You look so familiar. Have I met you before?"

"You may have seen me on youtube. I do a minecraft series called Mianite."

I started putting two and two together. Blue hair, Mianite, name is Tom, the only person that has blue hair, plays on the Mianite server and is named Tom is...
"YOUR SYNDICATE!!!" He jumped at my reaction.

"Yep."

"Your not joking are you?"

"No why would I joke about that?"

"I don't know." Tears started streaming down my cheeks as he pulled into his driveway.

"Hey what's wrong?" He asked pulling me into a hug.

"I can't believe that I was adopted. And I never would have thought that it would be by my favorite youtuber."

"Did you not see the stream where I said when I reached my goal I would adopt a teenager from the local orphanage."

"No I didn't see that stream."

"Well get your stuff and I will show you your room, let you get settled in. Some people are coming over to meet you here in a little bit." As I grab my backpack, Tom gets my suit case out of the back. "What do you have in here, brick?"

I laugh a little at his comment. "It's my computer."

He unlocks the door and I follow him inside and up the stairs. Once we are upstairs he opens a door on the right. There was a bed in one corner of the room and a computer desk at the other. "I'll let you get settled in and if you need me I'll more than likely be down stairs. If not my room is just across from yours." He says pointing out the door.

"Ok thanks." I say with a smile.

"Also J.. er... the people that wants to meet you will be here in an hour and a half."

"Ok." I wonder what name he was about to say.

"What would you like me to call you, Kaitie, Jo-Anna?"

"Um.. Jo is fine." I answer.

Tom leaves the room and I set my suit case on the bed along with my backpack. I put my clothes in the closet and set up my computer. After getting my computer set up, I get my laptop out and login to my twitter account. Once it loads I see that Tom had followed me then I go and update my status.

I just got adopted guys You would never guess by who."

A few minutes later I get a notification that I was tagged in a post.

Just adopted this awesome teen. She is also a YouTuber go check her out @AverageJoGaming"

I retweeted what Tom had posted and the realized that an hour had passed. I change into a grey t shirt and blue jeans. I run my hand through my hair, making sure it wasn't messy. I close my laptop and walk down and find Tom in the kitchen. He looked up when I came into the room.

"Do you want something to drink?" he said pulling out a capris-sun. I couldn't help but smile.

"Sure." I said and he tossed me one. I follow him into the living room and he sits down at one end of the couch, while I sit at the other. We watch some TV and soon there is a knock at the door.

Hey sorry it's a short chapter but I have to get up early and it's already 11pm I'll get the next chapter up ASAP leave a like and comment please so I can improve what I'm writing
