Run.

Thats all they could do.

Running from the thing that chased them.

They wanted to bad to stop but couldn't, the monster would catch them. Their lungs were burning at this point.

The loud thumping of the monsters feet were following behind them.

Please. Just leave me alone.

Was all they could think of.

The static of tvs passed them and they jolted, glancing at them all.

"Come on, Thomas! Come and stay with us!" The thing on the tvs spoke to Thomas. Thomas just ran and ran, wanting to get to the entrance of the theme park and escape.

He can't die here. Not now.

He didn't want to stay where his best friend died.

So Tom just kept running.

Running as fast as his feet can carry him.

Thomas approached a gift shop and ran in, finding his way to the 'Staff Only' area and swinging open a locker, squishing himself in.

He steadied his breathing and looked out the cracks of the locker. Hopefully that monster stopped chasing him.

He heard whatever was chasing him walk around.

It went up to the 'Staff Only' door.

It won't find him here.

Hopefully.

The monster had entered the room.

Shit.

It slowly walked in and sniffed around. It eventually approached the lockers and sniffed each one.

It was getting closer.

Thomas waited.

Then made a break for it.

He ran out of the 'Staff Only' room and out the gift shop.

Of course, the creature followed behind.

Tom didn't stop running, he just kept going.

He saw the entrance of the Amusement Park and ran as fast as he could go, finally reaching the entrance.

He quickly went up to the gate and pulled on it...

Only to find it was locked.

Thomas felt a wave of panic hit him.

He slowly turned around and saw... Something he didn't expect.

"C-Carlton..." Tom reached a hand out to the dog animatronic...

Carlton was standing infront of him... While the monster had its claw through his stomach.

Carlton glanced back at Tommy, a grin showing on his face, and winked at Tommy.

Thomas felt a tear slide down his cheek as he watched the monster pull its claw out of Carltons stomach, gripping some wires.

The dog animatronic fell to the ground with a loud THUD.

Tom looked down at Carlton and back up at the monster, who dropped the wires to the ground, then looked up at Thomas.

Tom knew he couldn't escape.

He had to leave.

Thomas had turned back to the gate once the monster started to make a break for him. Tommy started to climb the gate, finally getting that idea.

He felt the creatures talons claw onto his leg, ripping the bottom of his pants and digging deep into his skin.

Thomas hissed out in pain, tears forming as he kicked the creature, hitting it square in the face and climbing over the gate, falling on his hands and knees onto the ground.

He looked back at the monster, watching as its yellow and white hypnotic looking eyes stared at his with bloodlust.

Tommy stared back and scrambled up, running away from the park.

He got away.

And he was thankful for that.
