I sat up in a startled trance, my breathing was heavy and fast, just like when I am fighting, but I wasn't fighting at the moment. Closing my eyes, I took in a deep breath and turned to face the alarm that kept blaring. 3:45 am. I groaned before stepping out of the comfort of my bed. I quickly changed into my fighting gear, tied my hair in a high ponytail and walk down the stairs.

There was no movement in the house, meaning that Orin was still fast asleep, and would probably wake up until I was back from my morning training. Grabbing my water bottle, and my fighting backpack, I jogged two blocks down, towards my favourite place, Beast's Fighting Ring.

I entered the passcode and smelled the delicious aroma of sweat and fighting. Believe me, it is a nice smell once you get used to it. I turned on the lights and got ready to do my routine. I started off with a jog on the treadmill, which eventually developed into a full sprint. Once my thirty minutes of running were up, I moved up to the ten-minute stretch, and finally, my favourite part, fighting. Today, I had to master my Muay Thai Plum. Thank God for the dummies we had, given that the gym opened until six, so I had no one to practice with.

At exactly 5:40 am, I had finished my practice, and walked over to the treadmill once again, time to cool down. As I slightly jogged, Bernard entered the gym.

"Morning Belle," He yawned. "Done already?"

"Morning Bear," I spoke as I finished up. "That I am," I cleaned my sweat with a towel. "Well, I hope that Orin is up by now," I chuckled. "See you later!" I shouted as I made my way back towards my house.

Once I was ready for school, in my usual attire, jeans some random shirt and my usual boots, I grabbed my backpack and phone and left my room. The house smelled like coffee, my second favourite smell, and a healthy breakfast, because god forbid that in this house we ate junk food.

"Morning little Belle," Orin smiled as he poured my shake into the glass. "How was training?"

"Morning Orin, same as always," I yawned as I slide into the seat. "After class, I'll stop by the gym," He raised an eyebrow. "I am bored," I chuckled. "Plus, I want to rewatch my dad's old fights."

Orin gave a simple nod. "Fine," He sighed. "Just remember that we have dinner with your mother tonight."

I groaned throwing my head backwards. "Why do we have to dine with the Enchantress?" I whined. "She doesn't care about me, you are my legal guardian, remember?" I raised my eyebrow and he chuckled.

"Yes, I do remember," He started and I knew where this was going. "But I also remember the judge stating that we HAVE to have one dinner per month with your mother, after all, she did give birth to you Arabelle." I frowned at my full name.

"Fine!" I sighed as I placed my glass in the dishwasher. "Just know that I am not happy about that agreement."

"You were when it was first settled." He smirked at me, he was taunting me. He knew it. We all knew it.

"Yes," I swallowed. "But that was six years ago, right before I learnt that she didn't love my father nor me, and right before she walked out of my life to marry off the dude that killed my father and form her 'perfect little family'." I rolled my eyes using quotation marks.

"Just fake smile," Orin rolled his eyes. "You're a master on it." I was about to smart-mouth him when he raised his hand. "Get on that motorcycle of yours and get yourself to school, you are running late," I narrowed my eyes at him. "Again." And just like that, I flipped him the finger and made my way towards hell...

As I got out of my motorcycle, I could take in the weather, the wind was getting colder, and the colours on the landscape were changing, that could only mean one thing, Autumn. Our favourite season. I took in a deep breath, trying to control my emotions, and walked towards my locker, where I was sure that Dorian was waiting for me.

As entered the school, I was glad that people ignore me. The funny fact was, that even when everyone knew that my father was Beast World recognize fighting champion, no one knew that I was just like him, Orin said that I was basically a Beast Jr. So it meant that they respected me, but I wasn't famous nor a rebel or anything, I was just me.

"Hello there Beauty," Dorian winked at me, he was the only one who knew about my abilities. "How was your morning?"

I rolled my eyes with a chuckle. "Same as always, same as always. Yours?" I raised an eyebrow taunting him.

"I'm never joining your crazy training sessions, Belle," He laughed. "I do enjoy my sleep, you know, this gorgeous face needs a beauty sleep." He added with a wink.

"Yeah, all the beauty sleep," I sing-sang as I walked over to my first class of the day. "Catch you later sleeping beauty!" I shouted only to hear his roar of laughter.

And with a small sigh, I made my way to my very first class of the day. Doesn't matter if I am the daughter of the most feared man in the ring, education always comes first, just like he used to tell me...
