My alarm rang and I opened my eyes and stared at the ceiling for a second, I got out the bed and opened the blinds and I went to the bathroom and splashed my face to wake myself up and I put toothpaste on my toothbrush and I start brushing my teeth. I turn on the hot water in the shower and I go to my bedroom remove my clothes and walk into the shower.
Done with my shower, I walk out of the shower wrap a towel around my body go to my bedroom, and start applying lotion on my body. I wear my uniform but before I wear my shoes, I make my bed and I wear my sleepers sit down at my vanity, and, start doing my makeup.
I don't usually apply a lot of makeup because I've gotten many compliments saying I look beautiful even without makeup. So I put on blush, mascara, and pink lipstick, and brushed my eyebrows. I styled my hair into a ponytail and I curled the ends of it.
I took a good look at myself in the mirror I sat on my bed and put on my shoes, I checked the time it was 07:35 am.
I saw a text from my mother and I opened it.

Her: Good morning my lovely daughter, I hope you have a great first day of school text me at the end of the day and tell me how it went.
Me: Morning mom I'll tell you everything Talk to you later
I had to be at the hall at 07:50 am and I took my schedule, my phone my dorm key, and, my locker key. I released a breath before walking out of my room and opening the door. I walked out the door and locked it, as I was walking down the corridors, I got a few gazes either bad or good people whispering among themselves and I tried to ignore it all and carried walking to the assembly hall.
I walked into the huge hall and a lot of eyes were on me but I ignored them, I sat down. The hall started filling up more and more I didn't pay much attention to those walking in. What I did notice was that this assembly hall wasn't just any regular hall it looked like the interior of a theater where the bottom is where you have a normal view. And then there was the top where the VIPs lounged and had the whole view of the stage and the normies.
Seating in the VIP area were four people, so they must be the infamous Big 5. However, there were only four of five members, and the fifth one wasn't anywhere to be seen. I held eye contact with one of them who looked like the leader of the pack, I looked away as soon as he saw me looking at him and he smirked.
Headmistress Harrington walked into the hall and all the noise stopped as everyone paid attention to her, hm she must be very strict then.
"Morning students, five minutes, that's a new record," she says talking about the noise. "Welcome to Aurelia Heights Academy, as some of you may know I'm Headmistress Harrington, Miss Trunchbull to others."
Everyone laughs and she smiles.
"Now I hope you have enjoyed your holidays, but now it's senior year meaning there's no playing around and hosting parties," she says. "Your grades will decide whether or not you can proceed to college and our school is known to write the best recommendation letters, so stay focused."
