Happy To Be Alive

"Adrien, Adrien, Adrien, wake up dude" Adrien shook his head awake form a slight coma he was in, not because of the shaking, but form a familiar voice he knew all to well.

"Ni-no" he managed to stamper out "GUYS HES AWAKE!" the DJ Disco yelled "easy with the yelling Nino" Adrien groaned in pain but he couldn't quite pintpoint why he was in pain "Dude, we thought we'd lost you, you were out stone cold for days" Adrien looked at them in pure confusion "w-why"

"Dangbat, you were shot right after Nino" Ayla said in a agitated voice.Adrien gasped and jumped up "THATS RIGHT, I HAVE TO FIND MARINETTE" he quickly fell back down with a stinging pain in his side "Adrien your still in no shape to go anywhere, you stay here."

"Where are we?" there were no bright lights like a hospital, but a dark and dim set "Were in the dungeon"Alya paced back in forth "but not for long, Plagge was able to escape, he's trying to locate the ring" she whispered into Adriens ear "we were able to use some things to parch up your side, but as much as we love you Adrien you won't have much time to rest, its time we end this all and save Marinette, Plagg says that Lucious hasn't done anything yet" Adrien sighed in relief .

His side really did hurt a lot, after he was shot everything went dark he couldn't remember anything but a numbing pain.

But there was one thing for certain, they were going to save Marinette and his Dad, Adrien couldn't loose his father too he was going to get him back.

"Adrien!!" a high pitched voice came from the other sie of the bars s arching for him "PLAGG!" he quietly notified the other holders "I have the miraculous" Plagg slipped it though the small cracks in the bars before sliding in himself.

"Hate to burst your bubble Adrien but we don't have a lot of time,Marinette needs us, but we have to get back the other miraculous first"

"Adrien you'll use your cataclysm to brake the gates, and everyone else use anything around to take the guards out" Plagg sighed, this was surely a situation but he himself destroyed dinosaurs and the city of Atlantis.

"Hey Plagg?, how did you escape" Adrien asked him "I'm the kwami of destruction weather it be a small or huge thing, but don't worry about that we've go to go" Adrien clenched his side as he stood up, this was going to be hard but the suit would ease the pain a little. He transformed and used his Cataclysm to brake the bars.

"CHARGEE" Kim said from the sidelines as he attacked one of the guards with a brick, he didn't kill the guard thought just enough to knock him out.

"Guys we have to move slowly, Plagg told me the miraculous were being guarded in a safe. This way"  As Cat Noir ran through the familiar corridor, something told him to go though those blue and red doors "you guys go ahead with you weapons, I'll catch up"

He quietly opened the door to a bedroom. It was beautifully pink and huge. He knew this has to be Marinettes room after he saw a picture of he as a baby with her parents, he wandered some more finding a bathroom connected to the room. That was also huge.
" I'm going to find you M'lady" just as he was about to leave, something glistened out of the corner of his eye. It was a book, a shiny, fabled book, it looked so out of place compared the the rest of them.

He closed the door a scurried over to the book. He pulled it from the shelf and the title read "The arts of being a princess"he scoffed at it rolling his eyes, just as he was about to put it back there was a red button behind it. This had to be a secret room, and whatever was behind it, he was ready this couldn't be good

He pressed the button and he was spun in a clockwise circle that threw him onto the ground. He stood up and rubbed his heard trying to figure out what happened.

The room was very murky, it was hard for him to see so he amused his Cat Vision. He wandered around, but this seemed like a dead end before he heard shuffling in another corner. He cautiously stretched out his baton. He slowly walked towards the sound until a squeaky voice approached him

"CAT NOIR!" the voice yelled "It was Tikki" he quickly ran to her "Tikki!! Where are we?"

"We're in Lucious secret lair,  he's not here but he'll be here soon, you have to help me save Marinette" he quickly followed her running quickly "Tikki where's the miraculous?" He said approaching a door "it's right over there" he quickly grabbed the camouflaged earrings and tried to open the door, it was steel sealed shut only a specific key could open it, but Cat Noir used his Miraculous to destroy to door "Claws off, eat quickly Plagg we need the energy"

"Marinette! MARINETTE!" he yelled "OVER HERE" she yelled back. she couldn't really move with her hands tied together.

Once she caught a glimpse of the Person she gasped "Adrien?" he eyes began to water she thought she'd seen him...

"You were dead" she scanned him up and down  as he started uniting the ropes behind her arms. "The bullet barley touched me, it was all apart of the act" he lied "but we have to get you out of here, did he do anything to you" he trapped her hand leading her out "No not yet, but..." she stopped, at some point she had to tel him about the information she found out but now was not the time.

"What is it Mari" he asked her again "Nothing never mind I can't say now" they quickly ran to the exit taking cover as others entered. Adrien handed her, the miraculous

"Let's go" once they got back into her room they transformed into their heroine selves "we have to find the others, so we can end this once and for all"

Ladybug nodded her head in agreement "Why is he doing this, ruining innocent lives of others" Marinette remained silent, this was not time to tell that story.

"OVER THERE" Cat Noir pointed to Nino creeping away as Carapace "ADRIEN DUDE!" he gasped again "AND MARINETTE" sudden guilt weisses over him "listen Mari I'm sorry about what happend a few days ago I was just really overwhelmed-"she playfully rolled her eyes "it's fine Nino we're good"

"We overheard that the big bad leader was going to give an announcement to the city from the top of the castle we're all meeting there,  he knows that we have escaped, so security will be more tight than it was a few days ago when we attacked, we only managed to get a few miraculous, he has the monkey, snake, bee, dragon,  and of course the butterfly"

"We need to grow up...." Cat Noir whispered "that's the only way we can defeat him"
