2nd person POV
"You don't have to wait for me, we'll meet each other at school."

It's been a week since your first actual meeting with Josuke as friends, and it was almost time for school. Your mom thought it would be a good time to give you a phone. Considering that you would be busy at school with your future adolescent friends and activities your mom figured you would want a way to communicate with your parents, and soon to be friends.(Not to mention Josuke, who was the first friend you had ever added to your contacts.)

Today will be a busy day, luckily not too busy when it comes to preparations for school. You had planned beforehand what you had needed for school with Josuke. Surprisingly to some, Josuke was quite the studious fellow when it came to school. According to him, though his looks say otherwise, he had great grades. Never falling under a C when it came to his worst grades. So he was a great help when it came to what notebooks and other various items helped him when studying.

Josuke had invited you to walk with him to school, offering to pick you up at your house, and even willing to wait till you get ready if he comes too early. You on the other hand didn't want to be a bother, so of course you tried to decline his offer, "You seriously don't have to wait for me, I'll meet you at school!"

He was far too insistent to let you decline,"No way, cmon do you hate me so much you won't even walk besides me?" He feigned a hurt and sad voice, making you roll your eyes as you can practically see the dramatic model-like pose through the phone. You were quite annoyed with his stubbornness.

Though in the end, he did in fact prove your efforts futile. You gave in, accepting his request, thinking about how much you learned about the boy these past few days. He is stubborn and insistent, and sure as hell loved getting his way, but he is also kind and sweet. Though definitely not sparing when it comes to money, still to be honest neither are you. He is most of all weird, weird things happen around him so much it almost hurts to think about. When you were out shopping for school supplies you ran into a hurt bird, its wing looked broken from where you were standing. Though when Josuke took a look at it he said it was fine, backing up his words by handing it back to you with the wing in perfect shape.

That was not the only weird thing that had happened to the things around him when you were around, but you brushed it off thinking it was probably you hallucinating, still not used to the atmosphere in Morioh. But the weirdest thing about him was when you first had caught a glimpse of him.

Now that you think of it, why was Josuke wearing a highschool uniform during summer? And those girls too? School hasn't started yet, so do they ever change out of their uniforms outside of home or when going out? And Josuke, from what he told you, is becoming a highschooler at the same time you are, today, so why the hell was he wearing a highschool uniform?

This sorta reminds you of those stories old man Joseph used to tell you, how when He, Jotaro, and some of their friends went on a trip together. For some reason they decided to plan it during the school year. Not once did Jotaro and Kakyoin, a late friend of Jotaros, take off their uniforms. Apparently their excuse was that "they were students." Now that you think of it, the three of them have names starting with the letter J with the exception of Kakyoin, maybe it's the curse of the J's? Then again you could be imagining all of this and the guy you saw may have not been Josuke at all or maybe he wasn't even wearing a uniform and you might just be going crazy.

Weird, the people you've surrounded yourself with are very weird. And frankly, you feel as if it is already rubbing off on you.
