Welcome to Neon Year City, a thriving metroplex with a big community that is home to many individuals of life. Among those who live in the city, there is one who has protected the unfortunate from the corrupt. A valiant protector of the innocent. The brawler of Neon Year City himself, Shockbrawler.
A decade ago, he was once an ordinary person with no history. A wallflower within the city streets. That is until he was gifted with the element of thunder from an ancient aztec deity. The deity known as Balam gifted Shockbrawler powers of the thunder elemental, the animal spirit of a jaguar, and abilities that surpassed most ordinary warriors.
Over the years, he has fought against astral demi gods, heroes from other universes, corrupted warriors, world ending threats, and much more to account for. He founded his own organization known as the raiden thunderbolts. A group of powerful warriors and heroes that collaborate together. They also share the same goal of protecting the world from a majority of threats, with many in the organization seeing Shockbrawler as a well-respected leader.
In the latest adventure for Shockbrawler, an inevitable invasion is coming. It is led by a renegade who wishes to bring the whole world to undergo a new change that many disagree with. This threat must be stopped, or the world will suffer from living in a dystopia that is created by rage, cruelty, and destruction.
