In The Hospital
"How's Phil?" asked Russia
"He hasn't been awake yet" said America

Russia was having difficulty speaking English because Martial only taught Russia few words, and after that Russia didn't see Martial again, so Speaking English for Russia is quite Difficult since Martial only taught him few. Anyways back to the story

"Oh your Awake" said Someone
Martial was dizzy, so he sees two and kinda blurry

"What is it America?" Asked SK
"Can you look Philippines for me?" Asked America
"Sure and why?" Asked SK
"I'm gonna visit Canada, since.... It's his Birthday (Independence Day) today, so can you look Philippines for me?" Said America
"Ok sure, and can you tell Canada Happy Birthday from me?" Asked SK
"I will make sure that it will get to Canada" said America
"Ok thanks Ame, I'll be right there in the Hospital" said SK
"Ok bye SK thanks for look Philippines for me while I'll be gone" said America
