"Are you willing to let me go?"That sentence had haunted hongjoong for a while. After that argument he had isolated himself for a bit rethinking the choices he had made throughout time. Hongjoong had made many mistakes. The mistake of allowing people close to his heart. Just like he had allowed seonghwa to enter.
~
Seonghwa didn't know why hongjoong was ignoring him after that argument. He had first thought it was out of anger and maybe it'll cool down although hongjoong hasn't been eating meals with them anymore and he doesn't even look at seonghwa anymore. Making it seem like seonghwa is invisible.
The others of course noticed this. They knew hongjoong would never apologize to seonghwa for what he had said that night. They also knew seonghwa wasn't going to apologize to hongjoong because he did nothing wrong.
Yeosang was worried, they have a huge event coming up and if hongjoong is not in the mood or isn't happy their plans would be ruined and so would their lives. As yeosang is hongjoong right man, he has the right of taking in charge when needed....
"Seonghwa...I have to ask you something" yeosang said walking into seonghwa's room. Where seonghwa was sitting on his bed and writing stuff down in a notebook.
"Of course what is it?" Seonghwa asked looking the other with curious eyes."Have you noticed some changes in hongjoong's behavior? Um I mean me and the others will be leaving to go to Busan soon. Hongjoong and you will be the only ones here. I was wondering if you were comfortable enough staying here alone with Hyung?" Yeosang said as he had made the decision of handing the event all by himself.
"Ah yes. I will be ok. When are you planning on leaving?"
"Tomorrow actually, it was a last minute plan."Yeosang had left and seonghwa already had a bad feeling of being alone with hongjoong. Although he had a plan in order to get hongjoong back to normal. He didn't know for sure if it would work. But recently wooyoung took seonghwa shopping for stuff and seonghwa had bought a white skirt. He was thinking of apologizing hongjoong in a different way. In his own welcoming way.
~
The next day in the morning , seonghwa had noticed that the others had already left, and so he began making breakfast. He had made what hongjoong would call a perfect breakfast, as he finished up he had delivered the food to hongjoong's room. He knocked on the others room and waiting patiently. Once as he heard "come in" he opened the room door and was met with a shirtless hongjoong who was laying down on his bed whilst reading a large thick book. Seonghwa stared intensely at the older.
"I uh, brought you some breakfast...." Seonghwa started.
"Why are you here?" Hongjoong said in a aggressive tone.
"You didn't eat anything in the last few days...I just wanted to give you-" Seonghwa's words were cut off by a loud bang. In which hongjoong threw the book he was currently holding."Bullshit! You don't care about anyone besides yourself! Why would you care if I eat or not!" Hongjoong growled and Seonghwa didn't appreciate that tone of voice.
"Oh and you care about everyone? The only thing you are good at is driving everyone crazy! Even your own members are tired of you thinking about ONLY yourself... how selfish. And at this point you wouldn't even care if I was dead." Seonghwa yelled back. And hongjoong's face softened as he let lose words sink in.
"Did...did they really say that?" Hongjoong asked. Voice trembling in doubt. Sure he was rude and irritated in some aspects but would his members really say that after what he has done for them?~~~
Three years ago...
Everything was completely different.
Hongjoong was unknown and mistreated. No one ever cared for a homeless teenager. He was always walked on. No one ever thought of him seriously. He had a vision in which even the government will kneel for him. For the country to beg him for mercy.
But first, he needed supporters. People he could trust. People like him. People who knew his pain.
Then he met Yeosang. People would call him a nobody. But Hongjoong saw potential in him. He knew we was trustworthy. Yeosang was also struggling. His parents had died when he was young and he had attended the best high class school in Korea but he never got the attention he needed. So of course Hongjoong gave him a shot. He started care for him. Feeding him, and giving him his full support. Two people can't make a whole country kneel. They needed more.
Then Yeosang met Wooyoung, a random street rat who used dancing as a way of life. Wooyoung was considered a street rat cause he was always on the street in hopes of money. His parents wasn't fond of the idea of him dancing. But hongjoong met him and in the first glance he knew that Wooyoung had something inside him.
Wooyoung introduced San as well, and hongjoong took care of him and made sure that they will be in use. Then this was when hongjoong started to think big. Hongjoong had been exposed to the usage of guns and weapons so of course he had wanted to do something of such.
They had expanded their thoughts and became a small team. A small family..
Then it expanded with Yunho, Mingi and Jongho. Then they were complete. Hongjoong was grateful of them.
Hopefully they were too. But...did they hate hongjoong?
No.
No.
Well maybe
Yea he had some anger issues
Yea he was impatient and irritated most of the time
Yea he was rude
But he never intended to hurt their feelings....
~
He just wanted a family. Someone to call his own.
Maybe he was just selfish.
