Every time I come here, I play the role of their 'ideal', right? Like some shared fantasy. This can end very well or very poorly. Satsuki is a bomb in every way, and I must pay close attention to her actions.
"Yuki, Yuki, Yuki."
"Whoa?! Satsuki?!
The clown was jumping like a madwoman around him, like a little girl who had had sugar injected directly into her neck. He didn't know how to calm her down, so as best he could, Yuki took her shoulders to stop her.
"Okay, Satsuki, breathe with me. Alright, that's it."
"Forgive Satsuki, Yuki. It is fascinating to be in a room of this category. It looks more childish than adults said. I don't know why hiding it is a big deal, don't you think?"
"I just know that the faster we go, the better."
Satsuki sigh. "But Satsuki wants to explore a little more, don't be boring, Yuki. It's also Satsuki's first time in a room of these."
"We'll do it another time. Let's do what we have to do to go home."
"Okay, let's do the practice. Satsuki thinks the room will be big enough for stunts, and if we break something, we just put things on the circus's account."
Why do I feel that the circus has already had to pay several times for things Satsuki has already broken? Will the family business have insurance specifically for her?
"Okay, Satsuki is ready. Did you bring the things to do the practice?"
"Huh? Which things?"
"It can't be. You should have brought things for Satsuki practice.
Our whole plan has failed because of you, Yuki. You deserve punishment for failing Satsuki, your partner in crime."
"Sure, how can I make amends for you?"
"Tickle war." An evil smile formed on the clown's lips. She was ready to attack.
"Anything but that."
Satsuki threw herself on Yuki to start tickling each other, ignoring the request and begging her to stop. They both looked like small children, rolling on the ground while touching each other and laughing out loud. The girl's hat and red nose flew from the movement, revealing her feminine aura.
When their bodies finally gave in to exhaustion, they lay on the ground side by side, breathing heavily. But both smiling.
"Satsuki enjoys this, even if she must return to the circus. These moments make it all worthwhile."
"Is everything okay in the circus?" Yuki asked.
The clown raised an eyebrow at her, surprised. "Satsuki thinks you lost a lot of neurons with the tickle war. Remember how the Iranami circus has me at the bottom of the billboard? Therefore they give me the worst benefits. Luckily since you were hired as master of ceremonies, you gave me some of your food beside my big bro Keisuke. The only brother that cares about me."
"Satsuki, if things go wrong with your family, I—"
The clown took Yuki's hand to interrupt him, "It's okay, Yuki. We talked about it. I'm fine."
"Why are you smiling?"
"Because a clown who cannot smile in its world, to create its hope, cannot help others."
Yuki sat up slowly, never letting go of Satsuki's hand. "You are too pure for this world, you must know. Except for Keisuke, your whole family treats you worse than trash, and here you are, talking about helping others."
She laughed lightly. "You give Satsuki too much credit. I'm not able to support myself like this. Even Satsuki needs heroes who can help her in her darkest moments."
Satsuki slowly got up to signal Yuki to sit on the bed. "When the act of the fire trumpets failed, Yuki left his location to help Satsuki when her family didn't care. All to take a dead weight off the family, a secret they don't know Satsuki knows."
"You still love them, don't you?" Yuki asked, with a slight smile forming on his lips.
"They are the heroes for Satsuki. But even so, they will never surpass Satsuki's number one hero." Satsuki smiles back.
"Keisuke?"
"Well, I hope you don't mind being a number two."
Yuki stroked her cheek. Satsuki looked beautiful when the clown outfit disappeared. He was so dazzled by the beauty that he kissed her lips when he least thought about it, taking Satsuki by surprise, an accurate pulse of idiocy. When his senses regained control of his brain, the lucky guy moved away a little, totally blushing.
"Satsuki... I'm sorry!"
"Satsuki doesn't forgive you..."
The voice was severe. Yuki had shit her big. Still, when he expected the worst possible punishment, the clown pulled him by the tie and kissed him faintly by the lips, stealing a small kiss and leaving Yuki with an enormous surprised face.
"It's a kiss of good luck. If you survive Satsuki's brother, you'll have to survive the party that will arm my whole family when they find out you'll take the unwanted girl out of the circus."
The answer was slow in coming, but a confident smile appeared on the lips of Yuki, who stroked Satsuki's hair. As much as he said those words lightly, he knew there was a fear for his safety.
"Don't worry. You will stay in the circus. I will get your brother's blessing to go out with you, and we will also look for ways to get a better deal for you in the family. I promise, as your hero."
Satsuki teared up a little before hugging Yuki tightly, knocking him against the mattress. Yuki swore on everything precious in his life; the purity of this girl's heart deserved everything good in the world. He would move the sky, sea, earth, and his luck so that that smile appeared every day in his day to day.
