They have bathroom areas with showers, baths, and toilets. Designated for each cabin.
The toilets, baths, and showers are separated into male, female, and unisex. (The Unisex is for Trans, Nonbinary, fluid gender, etc.)
Ex:
William Solace from the Apollo cabin would have to share the Apollo bathroom area with his siblings.
Nico Di Angelo from the Hades cabin would have the bathroom all to himself unless his sister Hazel comes to visit Camp Half-Blood.
