Ch. 3 ~ Perfume and Desires

Perfume and Desires is Dian's Parents legacy to him. his parents are not just obssessed with fragrances but they personally made it by themselves and before they died, the formula of fragrance were already pass to their son and Dian continue to run the business secretly with the help of Ms. Daniella but she thought it's about time that he will take charge of the business openly.

Ms.Daniella is one the closest friend of Dian's parent, a business partner and a godmother to Dian. she's kind and willing to help Dian in every way. She knows Dian is capable now and he can run the business already.

"Auntie, why you didn't tell me earlier that you were going to step down with your position?"

Dian is trying to convince her to keep the business

"Son, I know that you are capable now, that is why I'm giving you an opportunity to build the business into a greater one. you can do it..I'm confident with you

"It is not about I'm capable of but why all of a sudden?"

"Okay! the reason is, I'm going to travel abroad and I'm gonna live my dream and I'm not getting any younger, you know my dream son."

"You can still go and travel if you want"

Dian is trying his best to stop her

"Dian son, please understand, you can still call me if you need help"

"Okay sorry Auntie, hope you can find happiness from doing your dreams now"

"Thanks son"

Ms. Daniella hug Dian for a consolation

Dian is the only child of Mr. And Mrs. Gallo he was covered with so much love and care, he loved his parents so much that after losing them, his life broke to the point that he wanted to end his life as well. he never trust anyone, every single person is a threat to him, a wolf in sheep clothing but not until Ms. Daniella prove her genuine concern and love to him, but despite that he knew her sincerity already, he choose not to tell her about his secret, it is not that he doesn't trust her but it is for her protection and Dian tried to keep the secret between him and Mr. Luca.

***Police Department****

***Flashback***

"Dian this is Theo Mancini, my beloved godson and he will be our new face for Perfume and Desires, Theo this is Dian, hope you can work together same as your Father work for me as well"

Theo's Father is one of the famous faces of Perfume and Desires and Ms. Daniella is very close to their family.

"Auntie, I need to go, I'm not feelin well. please excuse me Mr. Mancini"

they looked at each other again, Theo nodd for response, people is right about their impression to him, he is very cold and arrogant. no doubt, because at his young age he already possess power and wealth.

"Auntie, why you never ask my permission first? You know that I have my duty as public servant right? and doing this kind of stuff is not my thing."

"Mateo sorry kid, but you are the only person I think that fit to this job and you were not only be the model of Perfume and Desires but you will be Dian's bestfriend"

"Huh? friend? I mean bestfriend with that cold-hearted guy? how can we be friends Auntie?"

"Hahaha I know right, I know you have your bad impression meeting him right now but he's kind, he doesn't want to show it to us"

"to be honest Auntie, I'm not comfortable with him coz I can sense that he doesn't like me also"

"I have my other reasons why I choose you to be friends with him"
