𝗜𝗧 𝗛𝗔𝗗 𝗕𝗘𝗘𝗡 a few days of Arlo, Vienna and Michonne. Vienna was becoming more and more emotionless by the day. Like she didn't care about anything that was happening. Like she didn't lose her sister or shot a man in the head. She was acting like she didn't care about the many people that might've died during the fight at the prison.

The three hadn't spoken much since the prison. There wasn't much to talk about, but still no words have really been exchanged.

Michonne had grabbed two walkers from the prison and had put them on makeshift leashes. It didn't do the two siblings much good due to the fact they had been walking ahead of Michonne.

The endless hours of walking, the silence and finding random places to crash made Vienna wish she was still at the prison. She regretted how much she complained to her siblings about it.

As the three walked through roads and forests, they came across footprints. Vienna stopped in her tracks and stopped Arlo and Michonne as well.

"Walkers?" Michonne asked.

"No, the footprints are to straight." Vienna answered. "They're not far apart."

"Could be anyone. We have to be careful." Michonne said. Vienna nodded as they continued to walk.

"So... are we talking again?" Michonne asked.

"I didn't know if you were ready to talk yet." Arlo slowed down so Michonne could catch up to them. "Thought if you were ready, you'd speak up."

Michonne looked at Arlo and smiled. "You could have said something. I would've talked."

"Do you... do you wanna talk about it?" Michonne inquired. Vienna took a deep breathe in and sighed.

"Don't think we're ready."

The sun started setting but Arlo, Vienna and Michonne were still on the road. Arlo and Michonne had checked high and low for anywhere they could stay, and they soon found a car.

The three got settled into the car. Michonne sat in the drivers seat and Vienna and Arlo sat in the back seat. Michonne fell asleep the second it got dark. But the other two stayed awake.

"you need to sleep" Vienna heard after a while.

."me?" She asks. Arlo nods. "you need more sleep than i do." She shoved his knee. Vienna looks at him with a serious expression. "you know I won't be able too not right now."

"I know." Arlo nods.  "Are you gonna be okay?" He asked. Vienna nodded. "as long as i have music i'll be okay." Vienna took out the cassette player and the earbuds then handed Arlo the right one and leaned her head on his shoulder.  The song  'Goodbye Yellow Brick Road' played first.

Vienna and Arlo stayed awake the whole night listening to Elton John.

They didn't know what time it was until the sun started to shine through the windows. Arlo looked over to see Michonne moving around. He kept an eye on Michonne to make sure she was ok. Michonne suddenly shot up, breathing heavily.
