YES,RAN FELL in love with y/n. He didn't exactly know when or how it happened,maybe it was three months or just three weeks ago. He was probably high when he realised it,he just knew that he fell in love with this girl.

Maybe it was at one of their hangouts at the lake or during their fight that he realised he liked her,this man was going insane with only three weeks of no contact. All he knows that it kind of  just happened.

There was something about her what was so addictive. He couldn't even quite explain what, but whatever it is about her it made him crazy like he wanted to spend every hour,every minute,every second with her and when he wasn't the only solution seemed to be drugs.

Being with her felt like he being drugs,even though he wasn't. He loved the fact that he mustn't be on drugs when he was around y/n when he wasn't but it still felt like it. He didn't even notice when the affects of the substances would fade away when they hung out.

He felt no pain when he was with her,he could quite say that he was happy when he was with her. All the negative feelings,all the burdens in his heart,all this heartache faded away when he saw her smile,her eyes just her whole face.

And even though Ran doesn't remember when he fell in love he knew why he did. Honestly there were so much things about her that he loved but his favourites were her smile,just all of her beautiful features and the way she would handle him sometimes.

Ran had so much hatred in his heart,he was an angry person before he met her. She seemed like knowing there was still a little bit of hope and love inside of him,that he was just a human who recently lost his brother and was mourning over it,how she was able to fully fill his heart with this hope and love again that he thought he could never have inside of him again.

The way she can understand and relate to him so much. He has never met a person so similar to him she understood him like no one else it could even be without any actions or words. So many people told him to 'get over' his brothers death but she knew it was hard,she knew healing was hard.

She was probably the most non judgmental person ever. She never just once judged him for coping over his brothers loss with drugs. She saw him like he was a human not an addict or anything. It was so surprising to him since people normally would treat him different after finding out he was an addict but y/n wasn't like that. For her he was just a human,just Ran.

y/n was so exited about the date she was going to have tonight. She couldn't focus on her teacher talking,I mean why would she,it was the last week of her being in this school,the last week of being in the same school with her bullies,the last week of her being bullied. After graduation she's going to leave it all behind.

She couldn't wait to look forward to her new and hopefully happier future. Of a future with more laughs and less pain. Of a happy future with her loved ones. Of a future with Ran.

Her class finally ended and before she could stand up and leave the classroom,she was surrounded by her bullies. She was so happy that in just one week all this suffering would be over.

"Hey y/n how are you doing?" One female named Mizuki with black short hair jokingly asked.

Y/n didn't respond,she just looked at her desk wondering what they would do to her today.

"So anyways,that one guy that picked you up two days ago,what's his name and why have I never seen before,are you to friends or even more?"

Still no response.

"So what I wanted to ask you is if you could set me up with him you know like introduce me to him."

No response.

The young adult was livid they took everything away from her,her happiness,her will to life just everything. But Mizuki wanting to take Ran from her just crossed the line. y/n really wasn't going to let that slide. She intertwined her hands just to make sure no one could see that she was shaking.

"You know that's what friends do right?"

She now had to bite her lip to not say anything that she would later regret. She hated how they would always say that their friends so no one would suspect them and if they did just call it 'playing around'.

Mizuki grabbed y/n's chin making her look at the black eyed girl. "So it's a yes?"

"No."

"Sorry?"

"No,you took everything from me I will not let you take him away."

Silence.Just silence. No one in the room said anything but the smile on Mizuki's face faded.

Mizuki's blank face turned into an evil-ish smirk. "You will regret this y/n l/n."

With that they left,without saying another word and y/n left out a big sigh.

Her hand moved in front of her mouth as she realised what she had just said. For the first time in years she refused one of her bullies request. She is scared of what is coming next,she knows what these people are capable of and she didn't quite know if they can be worse than they already were.

But she wasn't going to let Mizuki take Ran away,she wasn't going to let her take away her happiness,her safe place,her comfort person and maybe even the person that she loves. She was definitely not tolerating that.

She had to forget about it,she had a date coming up and she only wanted to focus on that and nothing more.

"Let me just forget about it all just for this night."
