School has just ended and Katherine was opening back up her lemonade stand from last summer. It had gotten little attention last year and she was hoping that her luck would increase this year. After an hour of putting it back up on the street, she waited for someone to come. Katherine waited a while but still no customers. She decided to wait some more when she saw another girl pulling up a water stand next to her. Katherine looked the girl up and down when she saw the water sign. The other girl noticed Katherine and decided to walk over to her stand. Katherine had a disgusted look on her face as the girl walked over. Katherine sighed.
"Can I get you anything?"
"Yeah you can get out of this area.." The girl said.
"This is my spot. Ive been here for years."
"Well why didnt I see you last year?" Katherine asked.
"I.. Took a break. But don't worry about it. You gotta go."
Oh noo.. Who was this girl and who does she think she's talking to?
There is no way this girl just came up to me and told me to leave..
"Uhh, what's your name?" Katherine asked.
"Pax." The girl said.
The other girl said. "Well, Pax rhymes with sacks and if you add balls to the beginning of sacks, You get ball sacks." Katherine said.
" I'll smack the shit out of you.. Did you just call me ball sacks?."
"Yes, yes I did."
Pax (ball sacks) was about to smack Katherine but she paused and thought about the time where she watched girls go skinny dipping at the local pool..
One of these girls looked very familiar.. Pax then stepped back and watched Katherine chuckle.
"Are you too scared to slap me?.."
"Have you gone skinny dipping with a group of girls?."
Katherine looked shocked and embarrassed at the same time..
"No?"
