Seven years ago

Hindi maipinta ang mukha ni zephyr habang naglalakad. Nanghahaba ang nguso niya sa pagsimangot. Masama na nga ang mood niya, lalo pang sumama dahil sa na-flat na gulong ng bike. Kailangan tuloy niyang akayin ang bike habang naglalakad. Nakakainis dahil malayo-layo pa ang bahay nila.
            
"Ito na kasing bike ko ang gamitin mo para hindi ka na maglakad,” sabi ng malumanay na boses sa likuran niya. It was Kael Evander Frost.

Zephyr was twelve years old and Kael was just six months her senior. Magkababata sila’t malapit na magkaibigan. Oh, hindi lang sila best of friends. May something sa pagitan nila. One day, zephyr realized that her feelings for kael were more than just friendship. She found herself daydreaming about him and blushing whenever he was around. She was afraid to tell him how she felt, fearing that it might ruin their friendship.

As they entered their teenage years, their bond grew stronger. They started to confide in each other about their crushes and problems. They even started to finish each other's sentences and knew what the other was thinking without even saying a word.

Kael treats him special. It gives him whatever he wants. He became possessive of her. He gets jealous when he talks to a classmate for a long time. The truth is, with a very young mind and age, they immediately discussed what was for each other. That they will marry each other in the future. For her, Kael is the one she wants to be her boyfriend, and to be her husband in the future. This is the most handsome man for her.
