***howdy again folks! I've decided to continue writing this story as it is my first! Super excited to continue hope you enjoy!***

Its the start of junior year, we are only a few months into the school year and I already am stressed over college. Even though I'm a stright A's student it still is stressful.

I can hear my English teacher going on and on about a big partner project for a large part of our grade. The second i hear the part about out grades I snap out of my thoughts and start listening.

"Now each group will write a literature analysis on a classic this is chosen by you and your partner. And it must be a classic novel! No picture books and no graphic novels."

Our teacher continued as she passed out the rubric

"Your partners will also be picked by me" our teacher said as some of my classmates let out displeasing grones. Our teacher ignored the complaints and continued as she started to read off the list of partners

"Alex and Jamie, ezrin and Aurora, sahasra and eli-"

"Damn it- I'm not with eli" I thought too myself as the teacher continued

"Kevin and Chloe, Caroline and Emma, Ben and Hayden, Wyatt and Stacy, and last y/n and Michael-"

Our teacher finished and it took me a second too process what just happened but then the bell rang for next period lunch

Eli ran up to me as I walked

"Sooooo~ you got paired with Michaellll~"

Eli said to me and nudged my shoulder

"Yes I'm aware! And im not excited or happy about it-! I dont want to do a literature analysis that is worth the majority of my grade with a kid who isn't even that smart-!"

I say back too eli with an annoyed tone.
I really didn't want to do this with Michael fucking afton-

"I don't know- Michael got pretty hot over the summer- and who knows maybe you guys will have an enemies too lovers dynamic!"

Eli said with a small laugh as we walked down the hallway to lunch. (Eli is bi btw forgot to say that mb)

"Ew! No! And I don't care! He's still a massive asshole! I could care less about how hot he is now, and he's also an idiot-!"

I say as eli laughed and then I hear a stupid voice behind me

"Oooh ouch! That hurt my feelings doll-"

A smooth British voice said from behind me and eli.

Me and eli turn to see a 6'0 boy with chocolate brown hair, ocean blue eyes, with a very nice figure, he was wearing a grey tank top, a dark grey pair of cargo shorts, and a pair of red high top convers.

And holy shit- eli was right, Michael afton got hooot-. But I pushed that out of my mind fast but damn he was good looking.

"Oh. My. God.-"

Eli whispers under his breath

"Ummmm, I gotta go-. Um see ya y/n!"

Eli said and ran to his maths class because he didn't have lunch with me. But he also just left me with the hottest and most hated guy I know!

"Ugh- what do you want?"

I say to Michael and roll my eyes

"Just wanted too talk about the project, that's it doll. I'm not here to cause any trouble."

Michael said as he walked next to me with his hands in his pockets. Sadly I had lunch with him so I couldn't tell him to go away because we we're going to the same place.
