-mild description of bullet wound;(-
Manhattan, New york
6/13/2099Mr. Kingston ushers [Y/n] up the stairs of the empty auditorium, mumbling incoherent curses under his breath. He swears the younger man gives him more wrinkles than he really should have.
"..Wanna talk about it son?"
Mr. Kingston's black eyes slightly look over his shoulder, his usually tired eyes softening more than ever.
"I honestly...I need to wrap my head around it, I'll tell you when i'm ready."
They both continue to walk in silence, not an uncomfortable one though, more of a serene peace. They walk through the halls, taking in the big campus and its future yet old style details. A chuckle emits from the professor, breaking the silence.
"I'll give you a whole ass millennium, just as long as you are here kiddo."
Those words, those kind and gentle words make [Y/n]'s cold and detached wall crack, the warmth seeping and feeling in something he was never gifted. His eyes become glassy, [E/c] hues painted with tears that hold what he wants-but wont say.
"...Thank you."
Unfortunately for [Y/n], his wavering voice is a clear indication to Mr.Kingston that he's currently vulnerable, the feelings that were behind a dam overflowing-even if it is only a little of them. Mr.Kingston's heart aches, poor boy. Not only did he go through something that he shouldn't have, but now he's forced to look back on a missing puzzle piece he was never able to find. The rest of the walk turned somber and almost endless.
"We're here, Son."
[Y/n]'s eyes trail up, he doesn't need to observe the room, he's been here plenty.
"Ms. Ellis?"
A feminine voice calls out from a storage room.
"I'll be there in a second honey!"
[Y/n] smiles, his mood brightening up a lot more with Ms. Ellis sweet filled voice, she had always been a safeplace too. Ms. Ellis had taught him basic medic training, just in case of an emergency-she had taught him so much, she and Mr. Kingston are probably two of the most caring yet strong people ever.
"Woah there sweetie! How'd you get a bullet graze?"
Mr.Kingston scoffs, of course it was a bullet that had injured his-son-student, the most ungodly things happen to him. Mr. Kingston's scrawny build leans on the grey yet white walls, his confusion and concern radiating off of him.
Ms. Ellis, on the other hand, was focusing on cleaning the dried blood staining his exposed shoulder, the indent of the robbery feeling weird on [Y/n] due to the cleaning process. Fortunately it doesn't burn or anything, before the three know it the cleaning and taking care of us done, vaseline coating the graze.
"And it'll heal about 10 days, no problem!"
Mean while, the person who saved [Y/n] lays on his love seat taking in a long breath- incredibly tired. He clicks through multiple channels on the tv, until one catches his eyes.
