"Do you want some?" she asked with raising her glass and glanced to Mujin who was still lying naked on the bed, with his back against the headboard.

"Sure," he said and lit a cigarette.

She poured two glasses of bourbon, walking towards the bed and handed Mujin one. Then, with the subtle grace of cat, she got into the bed, whilst holding her glass, and leaning her body against Mujin's. Her bare breast pressed Mujin's arm as she intended. She knew her nipples were hard and would not went unnoticed by him. But Mujin kept his straight face, as if he did not care. He stared blankly with a frown on his forehead. 

She took a sip of her bourbon and growl subtly. "You seem distant tonight. Is everything alright?" she asked and took his cigarette from his lips.

"What do you mean?" his frowned deepened but his tone was indifferent.

She puffed the smoke to his face and grinned. "I didn't complain about the sex babe, you are great as usual," she answered and running her pinky on his chest, lightly went down to his navel, still with his cigarette pinched between her fingers.

Mujin took back his cigarette in a huff and shifted her hand from his belly. "Then there is nothing to talk about," annoyed, he finished his drink in a gulp then, not minding his nakedness, got up and started to put on his strewn clothes.

She was marveled but hid it with a dry chuckle and shifted her hair on her shoulder. She could not help but admiring his broad back. "Aw, Choi Mujin is not on his mood. Did something happen on the gala?"

Mujin was more annoyed when she mentioned about the gala because he left it with flighty feelings. He decided to go see her, hoping a steamy sex could cheer him up, only to be irritated even more. He knew he was not annoyed at her, but right now had no other choice to vent. Because it was obvious he was not going to talk about the real reason he was upset. Not just really upset, but sad. And he had not felt this in such a long time that it no doubt surprised him.

Ignoring the woman's confusion because he did not answer to any of her questions, and he knew she started to be furious, Mujin walked out the room after throwing a stack of money on the desk. 

He could still heard her yelling, "You son of a bitch!" before shutting the door behind him. Why would she be furious? She should had known that he came only for the sex, not the conversation.

Mujin took a deep puff of his cigarette whilst waiting for his car on her apartment lobby. He had told Taeju and his driver he needed to leave the gala early, in fact he left before the award ceremony took place, and wanted to take a stroll alone and drove by himself. 

He practically ran away from the gala and the feeling it evoked. He shut his eyes tightly as the sting started creeping again as his mind wondering back to his meeting with Sun Hyejin.

"Long time no see, Sun Hyejin-ssi," he greeted Hyejin as she stared at him blankly and failed to introduced herself. Her lips were apart in shocked at the sight of him and made him wonder if they still tasted the same as he remembered.

Upon hearing Mujin's friendly tone, Kim Haejoon and Kim Sungjoon looked at them in turn with obvious confusion.

"Ah, yes... long time no see, Choi Mujin-ssi," Hyejin finally could gather her voice and said huskily.

"What a surprise!" Kim Sungjoon said excitedly. "Who would have thought that my daughter-in-law knows the owner of the famous Liber Hotel?"

"How do you know each other?" her husband asked in a cheerful tone but Hyejin knew he was actually puzzled. The wife he knew was a novelist who did not like crowds and spotlight and never wanted to interfere in her husband's business affairs. How could she knew Choi Mujin, a wealthy businessman, and an associate of her influential father-in-law?
