Ⅶ: SATURN

Yoo Jeongyeon

It was a fine afternoon since she got back from the little get together they had last night. After bidding goodbye to Nayeon, she found herself making her way to her class. Once she arrived, her mind is suddenly filled with thoughts. She found it odd considering she doesn't really thinks most of these yet shrugged it off as she made her way to her room

Middle of class, it was boring. Jeongyeon sighed and lay her head, closing her eyes momentarily until she heard the bell ring

"that's all for today. Dismissed" their professor said as all the students begin to pack their stuff to go home "what the hell.." Jeongyeon muttered, she looked at her watch and it was indeed dismissal time. Had she slept the whole class? No, she just closed her eyes for 5 seconds

"Hey, you good?" Her classroom best friend, Lisa, said. "Yeah, did i fall asleep or something?" jeongyeon asked. Lisa shrugged "well you had your head down for quite awhile so i guess you did" she said as she made her way to the door, Jeongyeon following from behind. They went on their separate way at the lobby "I gotta go pick up Mina from the station, Jihyo just texted me. I'll see ya tonight browski" they did their signature handshake before walking on opposite direction, Jeongyeon heading to the court where Tzuyu and her team was waiting

"Sup nerds" Jeongyeon said as she catches the ball Moonbyul threw at her "you're 5 seconds late" Dami said "that's 5 seconds of peace away from you" Jeongyeon joked which made them laugh.

They did their usual routines and practice, working out here and there for their upcoming tournament against the other school. Jeongyeon, being team captain, noticed Tzuyu's massive improvements with her agility and high jumping "you're killing it Tzu!" Wheein exclaimed. Tzuyu smiled politely and muttered a small thanks. After their practice, it was currently 5:15, the sun was just setting as a hue of pastel purple and orange fills the cloudy sky

"i gotta go to the nurse real quick, I need a bandaid" Tzuyu said to Jeongyeon "Yeah sure. I'll see ya at the dorm" the girl said before heading out in her bike. She made her way to the bar her sister owns, it was the safest bar claimed in Shinam district. Noone leaves not sobered. The security was tight as a rope with signed around to tell possible victims if their drink was drugged or not. The management was well too. It was a safe haven for girls and gays from perverts.

"I.D" the bouncer said. Jeongyeon rolled her eyes "funny joke Rowan" she said with a chuckle. The tall muscled guy smiled, stepping away from the door and letting the girl in. Her eyes were immediately greeted by loud music as people started to come in to get their night going "hey sis, what can I help you with" her sister, Seungyeon, asked as she was preparing the shot glasses and shakers "the usual. We're having another party up the roof tonight. Celebrating the end of exam season" Jeongyeon answered, taking a seat on the stool "I don't understand why you made me your beer source. You can always just have fun here, we have a vip room for a reason" Seungyeon said as she handed Jeongyeon a cooler filled with drinks "yeah well some of us are minors so" The girl laughed, taking the cooler with her

"You guys are not my responsibility" Seungyeon said "i know sis! Thank you love you!" Jeongyeon left with a smile after hearing a response from Seungyeon. She put the cooler at the basket in her bike and rode off after saying goodbye to Rowan. It was now 6:28 in the evening, she was still gathering some food and snacks they might need for the party. She was in a convenience store not far from where her dorm is. Being at the very back to check on soju and other canned beers they had. As she was about to check out, the store was robbed by 2 armed men

"Give me all the money" the man closer to the register exclaimed. The cashier, who was most definitely a minor working for extra income, shakingly started to put the money in a bag whilst the other robber takes all the possesions some customers had such as jewelry, watch, wallets and phones. Jeongyeon wasn't gonna let this slide, she sneakily went towards the man who was forcing to take a pearl necklace from a woman "please no! This was given by my mother after she died. Please have mercy" the woman cried. Jeongyeon took the oppurtunity to grab the man's gun, punching it out of his grasp

The other one saw and shot the girl. Expecting a bullet through her skin, she opened her eyes to see a saturn's rings like shield formed on her hands (similar to Doctor Strange) she then took a notice of the glowing symbol on her wrist (refer to picture above)

The robber started to keep shooting at her until he eventually runs out of bullet. Jeongyeon chuckled out of adreline "fucking stupid ass bitch" she cursed out loud. She moved her hands to side as the shield flew towards the man, barely missing him as it landed on the wall behind. The cashier shrieked, putting her arms on her ears and kneeling down to cover herself. The shield then moved back to Jeongyeon's hands

"holy shit" she muttered. The two robbers scattered out, not caring about their goal there in the first place, too scared to deal with a girl that can summon rings on her hands

"I'm so sorry, are you alright" Jeongyeon asked as she helped the cashier up "Yes yes thank you..." The girl said, still shaking from fear. The bell rings and there entered a tall girl "leeseo! Leeseo are you alright? We heard gunshots. what happened are you hurt" yujin asked as she checked her step sister "I'm fine unnie." the younger replied

Yujin sighed in relief and turned to the dent on the wall "what the hell happened to that?" she asked, she then noticed Jeongyeon who had a basket full of snacks "unnie" she said. Jeongyeon smiled and waved "Hey Ahn. don't worry, noone got hurt" she said as she put down the basket "how much for all of this?" she asked. Leeseo got back to work and told Jeongyeon the price, the latter pays extra for the damaged she made on the wall

"you guys should stop by the roof tonight, we'll have... apple juice-" Jeongyeon said, despite the two girls seeing the amount of alcohol she bought "we'll try unnie" Yujin laughed. Before Jeongyeon left the store, she turned to Leeseo, putting a finger on her lips as if to tell her to keep it a secret. Leeseo smiled and nodded, waving goodbye to the latter

Jeongyeon knew something was up with those rocks last night, she was gonna find out and control it
