Christina and Hayden decided to go have lunch at a nearby restaurant. It was usually pretty crowded on weekdays but surprisingly it wasn't crowded or noisy at all when they went there. Most of the people who go there are Wissen high's students as it's affordable for them. They looked around and there were no familiar faces but they could tell the others were students, just like them.
Christina asked Hayden if he wanted to sit by the corner but Hayden didn't answer. Christina called him but he didn't answer again. She noticed that he was zoning out so, she shook him softly. Hayden flinched back to his consciousness. "Yeah?" Hayden questioned, looking dumbfounded. "I was just asking if you wanna sit there." Christina said and pointed towards the seat. "Sure." Hayden replied. Christian just nodded then they both walked towards that seat.
A waiter came and gave them two menus. Christiana took one and handed the other to Hayden. Christina looked through the menu for a minute then asked Hayden if he has something he would like to order. "Huh, oh no. I still haven't seen everything." Hayden replied and Christina nodded. Something was so wrong with Hayden. He didn't seem as enthusiastic as he always does. Christina shrugged it off. What happened before must've surprised him—she thought to herself then went back to looking through the menu.
At last Christina had to pick for Hayden because he couldn't come up with anything. She ordered the same and simple meal for the both of them. The waiter told them that it would take 20 minutes and they both nodded.
"This place is unusually quiet today." Christina said and Hayden nodded. They stayed quiet for a while then Christina rolled her eyes and decided to speak. "You're awfully silent today. What's wrong?" Christina asked and Hayden looked taken aback. "Haha..it's nothing. I'm just thinking about something but that can wait." Hayden said and smiled. Christina just nodded.
After Christina asked that Hayden started talking like his usual self. Being sarcastic, making funny remarks and adding flirty things in between. Christina was relieved. She thought Hayden's conscience started to work but it was just him thinking about something else. She couldn't have afford to lose two at once. She always played safe. But actually, Hayden's conscience-ness was starting to work. He was confused as to why he was feeling that way. He tried not to think about it but it came back to his mind with every sentence ending.
15 minutes passed by and the same waiter came to them and said the food was gonna be 10 minutes late than it's said time. The waiter then apologized and left right away. After the waiter left Christina and Hayden were about to continue the conversation they left off and right when they were about to do that a few people entered and subconsciously they both looked towards the entrance.
It was Apollo with some of his other friends. Christina bit her lips and looked away, tensed. Hayden looked right at their direction then at Apollo, not knowing how to feel about this. Apollo after a few seconds looked right at Hayden which caused Hayden to take his gaze somewhere else. Christina by the time had regained her composure and was now looking at a startled Hayden. "Hayden?" She called his name causing Hayden to slightly flinch. "Yeah?" Hayden questioned hurriedly.
"The waiter came by again just now and said our food won't be delayed anymore because the issue is solved." Christian said and Hayden nodded. "That's cool." Hayden said and awkwardly smile. She looked at Apollo and then back at Hayden. Hayden noticed her noticing that he was looking at Apollo. "Are you uncomfortable?" Christina asked. "No. Why would I be?" Hayden asked back and she pointed towards Apollo. "No..I'm not. Oh food's here!" Hayden said, changing the topic. Hayden was grateful that the food arrived then, he wasn't ready to talk about the previous topic.

"That's Hermès and..ooh your girl right bro?" one of Apollo's friend asked. "Yeah and no. She ain't my girl." Apollo said and honestly that hurt a little to say it out loud. "But you were going after Barlowe right? I heard Hermès tried to interfere but damn he's going on dates with her now? Score!" The same guy said and Apollo rolled his eyes. "Let's just order man." Apollo said, changing the topic.Though everyone forgot about the whole Christina-Hayden topic because of the flow in their conversation, Raymond in the corner didn't. Raymond asked Apollo to come with him outside because he needed to talk about something 'urgent' with him. Apollo knew what they were about to talk about so, he asked Raymond if this 'urgent' thing could be delayed but Raymond in return gave him a death stare and replied with a no. Apollo just gave up and went outside with Raymond and of course Hayden noticed that along with Apollo noticing that Hayden noticed. He looked a little relieved, he might've thought I was leaving—Apollo thought to himself. Then again he quickly humbled himself. That's the cuntass Hayden Hermès he wasn't gonna feel guilt ever. And scared? Yeah, that bastard doesn't know what that feeling is.
"What?" Apollo asked Raymond, uninterested. "No, you tell me what. Why the fuck is Hayden with Christina. I thought it was weird that she called off the date but she was just going to go on another? That little shit Hayden must've known about you going on a date with her and did this." Raymond said and Apollo stayed quiet. "I don't care man. Look it's just as Christina's fault. Can't blame it all on that cuntass jerk Hayden. For this date with him to happen and for her to ditch me, both of it needed Christina's will along with Hayden's. So, they're both wrong and I ain't taking sides." Apollo said.
Raymond thought about it for a little while and Apollo was right. It needed Christina's will. So, the only 'villain' here wasn't only Hayden but also Christina. Raymond sighed then asked if he wanted to go inside and Apollo nodded. As they were about to enter Christina and Hayden were getting out. The four of them stood there quietly for about 3 seconds then moved. Christina walked past Raymond and Hayden walked past Apollo.
"Hope you had fun Hermès. Karma's gonna bite your ass back."
