They are now the Royal Alchemist of the Empire and they wanted to recruit people who are studying medicinal herbs as well to train them as alchemist.
" Persephone, did you tell the Sprites to release the critters you held in captive?" asked the emperor
" I ordered to incinerate them." she replied
" What? I told you to halt the order because we have the cure!"
" We ain't sure sire if it's also effective towards the other creatures. I'm just thinking about the Empire."
" They are part of the circle as well. What you did crossed the line of my orders Persephone! "
"I'm sorry, but what I did might be too much however for the sake of the Empire. I did what I have to do."
" Enough Grand Phoenix. Somebody escort her to the Isolation Room."
" But that's not fair! I am the celestial firebird!" she complained
" The rule here is to obey me and since you are the Grand Phoenix. I'm doing you a favor not to punish you that hard."
She stomped her fiery heels towards the isolation down the Castle's underground and entered there.
" Your Excellency, we have a message from the Sky Kingdom." A vampire Esprit de corps entered the hall to report
A little cloud suddenly appeared and showed a projected visual of Lord Vivrion who happens to be in his Throne as well.
" My old friend, how are you?" Lord Vivrion greeted
" Doing fine my Lord. How may I help you?" Ambergris asked
" Ah, the Celestial bodies are changing it's course. The red bloody moon is fast approaching. You know what this means right?"
" You're going to choose my Empress?"
" Bingo. Pandora just arrived here. She's really sharp. She's a Noble Cosmos after all."
He face palmed. Pandora is also a Noble but with great knowledge about astronomy. Of course she'll be there. She's from the Ethereal Coast where the sun always sets.
" How cute. How old is she like 90? She's too young for me."
" Pandora is of the proper age Ambergris. I summoned Solaris also to participate in the selection. She's a keeper."
Solaris is a Heliophilic Noble. Her kind was born after the first sunrise of every change of the seasons.
" How many do you intend to participate?"
" About 20. But it depends on how many women who wanted to be an Empress."
" You've got to be kidding me." He grimaced
" Well Tyranny is of Noble blood as well. I will ask her to participate too. And that's all for today."
He facepalmed when the cloud dissipate into thin air. He got so focused on Tyranny alone and forgot that the Empress is being selected as well by the Sky Kingdom.
Meanwhile at the Valley
" The Trumpeteer just announced the latest news. And it's dreadful" Tyranny said
" What happened this time?" Draco asked while preparing the vials for the Alchemist apprenticeship
" The Grand Phoenix was punished. I hope she's okay."
Draco laughed with what his master said
" She deserved it. She became so arrogant with her position."
