Rosalia/Helena's POV:
I woke up, feeling warmer than I would be in the morning. I started to open my eyes and look around my room. My senses were off a little, since I was so exhausted from last night, both killing and crying.
I glanced around my bedroom, seeing the pretty light purple walls, and windows give the room a brighter color.
It was peaceful, but it was nothing like my home on the beach. I miss the sound of the waves crashing against the shore and the rocks. I miss the smell of saltwater, and the occasional fish smell. That was only natural being on the ocean.
I miss walking out onto my deck connecting my room to the beach, and feeling the cool breeze sift through my hair. I never really noticed how much I missed my home, until I was a month into being here. Or anywhere.Yet, the home on the ocean, never filled the void, of missing my home in Wisconsin.
All the things I left back there.
My dolls, my posters, my everything still lays in that house. It is still the safe house my parents built with their own hands. I vaguely remember the smell of the barn in our backyard. The smell of horses, and leather. Hay and corn were stacked near the house. I left everything back there, leaving the hospital that day.
I just hope someone is taking care of my horse. I miss her too much. It's been a few years since I last visited that house, and when I did I bought a horse.
She was beautiful, and I loved her. I stayed at the house for a year when I wasn't working. I spent everyday, working and training my horse. She reminded me of my first horse, Minnie. She was tall, get the joke? My father brought her home to me when I was 4, and taught me how to ride her.My horse now, I named her Minnie in memory of my older one. She looked like her and I loved it. Minnie was a sweetheart, but sometimes she was a terror. Even through the terror days, she was still my darling. I just hope she still remembers me after all these years.
I pulled myself out of my thoughts when I felt my body being held tight.
I turned myself around in the bed to see Harry, I didn't know whose arms were around me.I looked at his sleeping face, and examined all the little features.Everything looked so perfect, even the small pimples he had from his curls on his forehead. They made him look normal, because he is normal. His lips, were shaped like a heart and they were colored a soft pink shade. His eyelashes were fluttering as he slept, and his cheeks were a bit flushed from sleeping so long.
I smiled when I looked at him, he was beautiful for a man. I couldn't get enough of looking at him.
"Mmm..what are you staring at Helena?" Harry asks slowly opening his eyes, and a sexy morning voice.
"How long have you been awake?" I ask.
"Since I could feel you're eyes on me." He says smiling.
