Sorry took me a minute to update this, it's just that I realized this chapter sounded a lot better in my head than when I actually started writing it, so I kept redoing it, but then I remembered hey, this book is silly as hell anyway and I'm not exactly writing a masterpiece over here, so I figured I'll just post what I have. That's not to say that I don't take my writing seriously, I do, but then I kind of also don't, you know?? 😭🤣😭🤣
Also, either the next chapter, or the one right after that is gonna be the last one, and tbh, idk if you guys will like how it ends but I kind of planned that ending from the beginning. Anyways, let's not get too far ahead of ourselves for now lol

Marshall's P.O.V.
The car ride back to Dre's is intense, to say the least. The tension in it could be cut with a knife, and I had to pretty much drag Destiny in there, she wanted nothing to do with me at all.
No that I blame her.
Not that I give a fuck neither.
After she proved herself to me, she truly became my bitch for life and there ain't no getting away from me.
Still, I might have pushed her too far.
To keep it 100, not that I had wanted her to fail my test, but I did expect Destiny to cave right away.
I thought for sure she would sell me out.
Tell Curtis where to look for me, give him that fake address I gave her where I'm supposedly would be hiding out if things went South.
Instead, she looks at Curtis and says, "Fuck you. I'm not telling you shit."
So Curtis continues to interrogate her. He threatens her. Tells her about all kind of fucked up ways of him to get that information out of her.
Destiny holds her ground.
She continues saying she's not telling him shit. She forces her face to take on this sort of a blank look, an emotionless expression. I'm reminded of why I sometimes think that this chick is downright dangerous. Which is what makes her so attractive to me in a way.
Curtis smirks and tells her to think better of it. He says he'll give her a few minutes to reconsider.
Then he makes his way to the small room I'm watching it all unfold from.
"Listen Slim, if you really want to see for sure if that chick is loyal to you or not, then you gotta let me hurt her for real," he says to me casually.
I feel my hands ball into fists at the mere thought of that. I'd never allow no shit like that to happen. I don't wanna hurt Destiny. I just wanted to scare her and see if she would cave under pressure.
"Fuck you mean hurt her? Fuck no."
"I'm just saying, dawg," Curtis continues to talk. "It's real easy for your girl to continue having your back if I'm just threatening her but not going forth with any of the threats. Sure, she might be scared a lil bit, but this ain't a real test if the stakes are not truly high."

Fanfiction⚠️ WARNING ⚠️ This story is pretty messed-up and is not meant to be taken seriously. It takes place in an alternate universe where Marshall Mathers or any other celebrities mentioned are not actually famous. This is also obviously A WORK OF FICTION...
