How I see every calorie you ask? I see every calorie as "do you have time for ten seconds on the elliptical?" As you probably already know, calories add up QUICKLY. I at first started out small, only wanting to burn small amounts of calories away so I'd lose. But one day that wasn't good enough. I needed more. Steadily, my "daily exercise intake" rose. One hour. An hour and a half. Two hours. Two hours, ten minutes. Then I realized I wasn't satisfied with having a "zero" appearing as my net total. I started burning one-, three-, five- hundred calories in addition to my entire intake for the day. Now I'm usually burning between seven-hundred to one-thousand calories making that grand total for my daily net intake negative whatever excess I burned. I'm afraid one day I'll go too far and kill myself doing what has become my life. Burning.
