Please be the Guitarist!

Oto's POV 

After the whole more siblings stuff me, Mama and Papa returned home while Aito went back to his dorm we were all quiet in the car ride. After reaching home I decided to take me mind off the topic of having more siblings and focus on finding band members.

TIME SKIP

As I entered the school today I was greeted by the same bubblegum pink haired girl, she was as pretty as always, she said, " Ara ra (Oh my) We meet again? I was not able to catch your name the last time... so you are?" I said, " Reiki Oto and I gotta go, see you later" with that I ran to my class, it was just that I was not very good with girls... all the friends I have in this school are guys the same could not be said about my elementary school though...

And when I reached my classroom another guy along with Akai was standing there he had gray hair and blue eyes, I said, " Hey you two! Would anyone mind an intro?" The grey haired guy smiled and said, " Hey! I am Feke Reso! I would like to try out for the guitarist!" I smiled and said, " Ok! Akai did you call Ms.Yuki ?" Aito nodded. After she came, he started to play his guitar... He was good! Really good! After he was done Ms. Yuki clapped and told him he will know whether he got selected or not. Akai said, " Why did you not tell him that he got selected? He was so good! I am sure Reiki agrees" 

I said, " He is good... but..." Akai asked, " But what?" I took a breath and said, " His style of playing does not suit our band! The person whose style really does suit us is Reo!" Akai groaned and said, " Let by gones be by gones! Reo does not want to be a part of our band!" I said, " No he does! He was the one who suggested a band division! right Ms.Yuki?" Ms.Yuki said, " I know, I have already tried to convince his mother multiple times but she just does not break... He was supposed to be our first member."

Akai said, " That may be so but we need to let go of him as this is the entertainment industry! It never stops! One idol or band may be trending at one point and on the verge of quitting at another! So we can't sit and do nothing when we obviously got a great member!" Ms. Yuki closed her eyes for a second and then opened them again to say, " Aito is right, we can't forever wait for Reo! I am going to accept Reso-san!"

Akai said, " Yes!" I said, " NO! Please give me some more time! I will convince his mother!" Ms. Yuki said, " Fine, Oto I will give you 4 days. If you can make Reo join the band class then it is all well and good but if not I will take Reso-san as the guitarist." I nodded and asked Reo's class which was 1-4 and so I dashed to the class where the teacher was teaching and shouted, " Sensei! Please let me borrow Iiro Reo!" The teacher said, " Sure?" After which I pulled Reo out of the class.

Reo said, " Woah Woah Woah! What's the rush?" I said, "Please be the Guitarist!" Reo's face darkened and he said, " I already told you I can't... I am sorry, my mother won't allow me and my health I am almost cured but..." I looked towards the ground and deep down in my heart I knew what I was going to say now will deeply hurt Reo... but I need to say it, " Even once... did you even once open your mouth when Ms. Yuki was fighting for you? You know the real reason Ms. Yuki stopped trying to convince your mother? Because she felt that if you really wanted to become a guitarist you would at least try to fight for yourself!"

Reo became flustered and stuttered, " Bu- but! Mom got really angry when I asked her one time"

I said, " So? Then ask again and again show her your determination! I am sure that a person who has faced so many obstacles to live her dreams will understand if you just show her that you actually want to DO THIS!!" 

With that I walked back here, and I instantly felt bad...  but that were my true feelings.
