No. 1

Aito's POV

We were shifted into the new the next day. It was very hectic as we had to pack in a single day.  I met the girl with blonde hair on the entrance, she smiled and said, " Hello, Aito-kun right?" I nodded and said, " Sorry but I don't quite remember your name" She said, " Oh its fine~ I am Fillo Shuri. You can call me shuri!"

Both her name and she looked like a foreigner, so I asked, " Are you not from Japan?" She said, " Well my parents are from norway but I grew up in Japan~" I said, " I see." It was awkward so I since I couldn't think about anything I just said, " Sooo are you close with Akaru's sister?"

She smiled and said, " We are on good terms but are not as close as she is with shimi-san and Serishi-san" I said, " I see..." She said, " You seem to be close with Suzumiya-san?"

I said, " Well I guess so.." Then there was an awkward pause till we heard some noice behind us and saw Akaru and his sister arguing while walking towards the entrance

Akaru said, " I told you to keep quiet about it! Now its would be easier for them to figure out-" when he saw us and stopped talking. He suddenly brightened up and said, " Acchan! You're already here and you're with... Shuri-chan I think." She smiled and nodded.

Akaru said, " Then shall we go inside now?" I very much heard him say "figure out"  and I made it clear I knew by giving him a glare.

After going inside we met the other people. The first few minutes went by as we introduced ourselves and got a bit more comfortable with each other.

Serishi Nana then said, " SO I researched about the cup and guess what the first round since the start of this cup has always been the same-" When I said, " You will be randomly paired up with one idol of the opposite gender from your school and you have to perform while being exactly in sinc with your partner, this is usually done to create ships to add more spice to the cup. Every year atleast one couple from every school is formed."

Every one was quiet for a second and then Fillo-san said, " I thought Serishi-san researched alot but Aito-kun is on another level!"

Serishi Nana said, " You were absolutely right! So we need to make sure that each one of us is perfectly in sinc with each one of us. So I'm thinking that every week day we'll work with a different partner and on saturday we'll prctise with the same gender and on sunday we'll all practise together. How does that sound?"

I said, " I agree with her plan." And consequently everybody agreed 

I said, " Since today is a sunday let's just see everybody's weak and strong points, so that others can make up for it." Hiirashi Chi said, " Sounds good, as everyone knows I'm good at singing, ok at acting and suck at dance and modelling. They ARE going to take each aspect from acting to modelling in account"

Then the pink haired girl whose name was Shimi Momo I think said, " OK then!! I'll tell everybody my strengths and weaknesses! I am really good at singing and I suck at everything else! hehe"

I just sweat dropped, that was an honest reactiong. I said, " I am the best at acting and dancing, fairly good at modelling and... bad at singing."

When Akaru said, " THAT IS NOT TRUE ACCHAN!! You are not that bad at singing! You placed 5 in our class for the singing test! That's not too bad!" I looked at him in anger my face clearly stating, " Did you had to tell them I placed 5?!!" He then shrinked back in sweats and a purple face knowing he's gonna get more scolded later.

Serishi Nana said, " Okiee! I am great at modelling, ok at dance if you consider 5 place bad and bad at acting and singing." Then Yoru Hiki said, " Well all of our strengths must be the class we've picked so just say you weaknesses~~" 

When Akaru's sister spoke up, " Sorry to disappoint you but that is not the case with me! I am the best at acting even though I chose the Flower Song Class, I am second to Momo in the flower song class. I am not good at dancing and modelling." I did not get as to why she would choose Flower Song Class if she was better at acting?

It did not sit well with me so I asked her, "Why did you choose flower song class? If you were still the best it would be fine but you are not even the best at singing so why?"

She looked angry and said, " Not you buisness" I still wanting to know the reason persisted, " I want to know tell me, I chose this class because I desperately wanted to beat someone in this class, is there someone like that for you too?"

She paused for a second and her face softened, she said, " Not exactly but similar, I don't want to beat someone. I want to be like someone."

When she said the last line I was shocked, how could she even dare to come to this school just to be like someone?  I said, " I don't want to..." Everybody showed the expression that they did not understand what I said, " Let me repeat myself, I will be declining Principle's offer now. Either I will be on the team or you." I got up and started to walk, Akaru quickly got up and asked, " WHY?"

I said, " Because of your sister's reason to come here I won't perform or practise with anyone who has such a half-baked reason. That person will never be able to become first."

At that time she flinched, Suzumiya Umi flnched.
