"H-hey koo? Y-you are scaring me get up."
He shook Jungkook but it was of no use. His mind just went blank, when he felt his fingers getting soaked.

His hands trembled, he let his tear filled eyes look at what it was, he gasped loudly noticing blood that was trickling down his Koo's arm.

No way, his Koo won't cut h-himself right?

Taehyung thought to himself just to convince, but his eyes started to get blurry.

"JUNGKOOK!"
He screamed out of blue, placing his palm on the bleeding wound, but instead his fingers were covered in blood.

It was enough for him to get pushed in a dark daze. He cried out loudly, trying to search for his phone.

He couldn't think straight and with his jelly hands, he carried him in his arms like a baby.

"K-koo.. p-please.. hold on for me, Koo"
Taehyung coughed out, when his chest tightened in pain.

He placed Jungkook against his chest, and drove off. His blurry sight looked around, just in a hope to find a hospital.

"Baby.. p-please don't leave me.. I-I love you Koo. W-what have I done?"
Taehyung whispered to himself guiltily. His guilt had no end, yet his head throbbed just by thinking his Koo will leave him.

He applied brakes the moment he found the hospital, without even parking his car properly, and nor taking his keys back, he rushed out of the car, with Jungkook pressed against his chest.

"DOCTOR! DOCTOR! PLEASE--"
He yelled and a few white coated ran towards him. They instantly placed Jungkook on the slider, rushing him towards the ot.

Taehyung's shirt had a red patch by now.

"L-let me come in.."
Taehyung pleaded.

"He'll be okay"
The nurse said before closing the door on his face.

Taehyung breathed in heavily.
"H-he'll be okay, I know. He-- he has to be"

Taehyung tried to convince himself, before sitting down on the chair, in the hallway, with a stoic expression planted on his face.

After a while

Taehyung waited patiently but his mind was not at all in peace.

His eyes flashed all those memories where he insulted his Koo to the core where he had to take this step in this situation.

What was Jungkook's fault? Just loving someone selfishly? And who wouldn't be selfish if he was being unloved all his life. All the worst scenario came in Taehyung's mind.

Soon he heard a click of ot section. Taehyung stood up immediately.

"H--he is alright, right?"
He asked doctor panicking, doctor show no reaction.

"Hmm he is but he lost a lot of blood. There are few marks on his skin too. And most importantly he is so weak, it's looking like he hasn't been eating from days... "

Taehyung felt like a shit to hear that.

The doctor continued,
"If this continues then he may go to depression... So take care"

Taehyung's eyes widen, because of him his koo can go in depression, the person on whom Jungkook trusted blindly, is the one who's reason behind his misery.

"Can I meet him?"
Taehyung whispered hoarsely.

Doctor nodded.

He left in the cabin. He saw his koo attached in wires and one hand covered in a number of bandaids.

His heart clenched at the sight of Jungkook.

Jungkook slowly opened his eyes and noticed Taehyung. Jungkook was showing no emotion, yet Taehyung felt overwhelmed, watching his Koo.

"W-why are you here?"
Jungkook asked weakly, his voice was hoarse. Taehyung almost cried out, but he placed himself on the chair beside him, holding his hand tenderly.

"I'm sorry koo, why you took this big step huh! I was so s-scared.."
Jungkook chuckled dryly as he pulled out his hand from his hold.

"You? and scared? nice joke, wait! I know why were you scared."
Taehyung frowned, tilting his head.

"What do you mean?"
Jungkook smiled fake.

"I mean to say is you were just scared because you were involved in it right? So you were scared that you have to face the consequences regarding cr--"

"No koo! How could you think like that? I was scared because I care for you and I love--"
Jungkook just shrugged off.

"Cared? L-love? Kim Taehyung is s-straight how could he love a boy? and talking about care, you always fake cared, you never cared for me! I'm feeling hopeless... The person I expected that he will care he never did, no one did"
Jungkook whispered the last sentence. Taehyung felt his heart dropping to his stomach.

"Don't pity me hyu-- T-taehyung-ssi, you may leave and I'll not do anything stupid where you will have to face any crime related consequences"
Saying so he closed his eyes, don't want to face any situation.

"I'm not pitying you baby I just love you"
Taehyung choked out miserably, staring at Jungkook.

"I'm tired Taehyung please go"
He whispered weakly.

"No I'll not, you'll say yes or not I'll not leave you and you are coming with me that's final!"
Taehyung retorted stubbornly.

Jungkook felt overwhelmed, when he needed Taehyung, Taehyung was not with him and now he is trying to forget everything, here Taehyung is acting stubborn.

Time skip

Soon, Jungkook got discharged and told Taehyung to leave but Taehyung being Taehyung he didn't leave his koo's side.

Now this time it was Taehyung's turn to melt his kookie's heart.

He took jungkook in his arms,
"Koo, you lose so much weight baby... You stopped working out right?"

"Just leave me I can walk by myself"
He started to protest but he was weak and Taehyung reluctant so eventually he gave up.

"No I can't take risk of my baby bun falling down.."
Jungkook couldn't help but feel his heart getting fluttered by the nickname, yet he was scared.

"Why are you doing this? You don't have to do... I know you'll act like this for some time and then the situation will became as it is"
Taehyung closed his eyes in sadness but smiled

"It was past and I'll never leave your side koo. I was wrong and just blinded in infatuation."
He thought to himself

They reached in Jungkook's apartment.

He placed Jungkook on the couch and started to scroll through his mobile.

"What are you doing?"
Taehyung rolled his eyes playfully.

"Obviously ordering the food... You know I can't cook and I don't wanna take any risk regarding your health"
He leaned in before pecking his crown.

Jungkook pushed him away, saddening Taehyung's heart.
