~Chapter 20~

~Jungkook~

When Jungkook woke up, everything around him was white. A Bright light shone in the distance. Jungkook sat up and looked around. It was just white everywhere and there were clouds all over the ground. Then a voice came from the light in the distance.

???~"Jeon Jungkook, come to me."

Jungkook stood up and walked towards the voice and into the bright light. He saw a man wearing a white robe with a long white beard.

Jungkook~"Who are you?"

???~"I am God."

Jungkook~"Oh, I thought you were a spirit."

God~"This is just my human form."

Jungkook~"Well, why did you call me here? I'm dead right?"

God~"Yes, you're dead. That's the reason I need to talk to you."

Jungkook~"Oh, ok."

God~"Now tell me, how did you die?"

Jungkook~"You already know this, I jumped off the roof of my dormitory to kill myself. It seems like it worked."

God~"Now why did you do that?"

Jungkook~"I was continuously being raped by this guy, Jimin. He told me he would kill my boyfriend and my best friends if I told anyone that he was raping me again. He would rape me every two days and one day Tae asked me what was wrong. I snapped at him on accident out of stress and I decided that the pressure was too much and since I couldn't tell someone and save myself, then I should just kill myself instead. So I ran to the roof, told Tae that I needed to do this and that I love him, and then I jumped off and ended it all."

God~"You truly loved Tae. You killed yourself just to keep him safe."

Jungkook~"Yes, that's true. Wait, shouldn't I be in hell because I'm a part of the LGBTQ community?"

God~"What? Why would you be in hell for that? I love all of my creations equally and wouldn't damn them to hell just because they like someone of the same gender! That Bible verse in Leviticus that was 'about how being gay is bad' was originally about how being a pedophile is bad. You are completely fine just the way you are."

Jungkook~"Thanks, God."

God~"Now, you said you killed yourself because of the stress of being a rape victim and the need to keep your boyfriend and your best friends safe?"

Jungkook~"Yes. Do you think that was the right decision?"

God~"No, Jungkook I don't think it was the right decision."

Jungkook~"Why?"

God~"Because you dying at 22 is not in your story. In your story, you're a survivor and in the end you come out on top. You have a very bright future ahead of you, my child."

Jungkook~"So you know my future?"

God~"Yes."

Jungkook~"Can you tell me who my soulmate is?"

God~"Yes, it's Taehyung."

Jungkook~"TAE'S MY SOULMATE!?"

God~"Yes. But now that I've talked to you, you need to get back to Earth."

Jungkook~"But if I go back then I'll have to let Jimin rape me! I can't tell anyone or fight him!"

God~"Sometimes you have to go through the storm to see the rainbow."

Jungkook~"So everything will be ok?"

God~"Yes. I sent you a guardian angel who will eventually save you from your suffering. You met them before this."
