while you may be biological , adoptive , or found family to alexei there's definitely a love / hate relationship. he doesn't do emotions , well positive emotions. alexei definitely knows how to express if he's angry or annoyed with you. if your muse works or has connections with shield or the avengers , there could be some hostility there. with him being a very sarcastic person it's hard to tell when he's being serious , so he can very well get under someone's nerves quickly. does he care about you? it depends. depends on how long you two have known each other, and if there's ever been a strain on your guy's relationship. with dreykov brainwashing him, alexei's ability to trust you and to fully care about you isn't very good. but if all's well then alexei would drop everything he's doing to help you out.
