You were with Dazai, Atsushi, the siblings and Kyoko at the Café upstairs for the usual coffee they had after a new member joined. Apparently it was a game to guess what was the previous occupation of everyone. You started with the siblings
"Hmm.. Judging by your age and the uniform, you must be students, right?"
"That's right! Very well y/n" tanizaki said
"Now.. When it comes to Kunikida. According to his strong morals and how discipline and organized he is, he could be a great professor or doctor"
"Indeed y/n. You're right again. He was a math professor... Can you imagine him traumatizing the poor kids with algebra" Dazai said, whispering the last part
"I wonder if you can guess Atsushi's previous occupation" Dazai said
"Well, that's a taught one. He can't be a student( you were never one so you can recognize people like you). I can't really picture him in any kind of occupation" you admitted
"That's quite true actually." Atsushi admitted " I had just got out of the orphanage when I joined the Ada" you gave him a sympathetic smile
"And know let's see if you can guess the harder one. The one that no one had found yet" you looked at him suspiciously "My previous occupation! There's even reward for the one that'll guess it right"
"Let me see..." actually you already knew that he was an executive member of the port mafia. He is actually still listed on the file "to watch" in the red category. One of the things you did on the organization were to file up, observe and memorize the most dangerous people in the whole world. Dazai was among them. His crimes and ability were dangerous for the world. But since he left the mafia and change his way of living, he was put in the "to watch" file, which meant that he was still suspicious.
"You are super intelligent and for sure have many experiences. Your observation skills are amazing. That could make you an excellent detective, psychologist or an executive member of the government." you said emphasizing the executive member part, he was silent listening carefully to what you had to say" however you can track anyone down in zero time. You did that when we first met after the attack from the port Mafia. This means that you had experience with specific kind of computers. This take psychologists off the board. Also a thing that can tell a lot about your past is the fact that you always look around you when we're out in a mission. You scan all the area as if searching for people who want to harm you. This could lead at the conclusion that you used to be in some kind of an organization. Shall I continue Dazai? " he looked at you almost surprised, he smiled." you're doing very well, go ahead... "
" Ok then... To continue... In the previous murder, were the policeman was actually the murderer, he tried to put the blame on the port mafia, but you immediately mentioned the way that the port mafia kills people, being completely sure that it wasn't them. "
"Wait, what do you mean y/n?" Atsushi asked confused
You looked at Dazai. You decided that it would be better if he told it himself but he looked at you and smirked "please, say it... I was waiting for someone to discover it"he said excited
" Very well then. You were  probably a member of the port mafia "
Dazai clapped his hands
"Bravo! Magnificent! You found it!"
"WAIT WHAT!" all the others said at once.
You couldn't wait to see Kunikida's reaction to this
"seems like Ranpo, will have strong competition" Dazai whispered to himself

"but y/n.... What did you do before joining the Ada?" Atsushi asked
"Well... You can guess" you said sure that no one would find the right answer
