*•~{Back Story Behind Nat}~•*
Your parents were best friends with Aonung's and Tsireya's parents. You, Aonung, Tsireya, and Roxto were best friends because of that reason.

A month before you turned 12 your parents died during war, so you spent your birthday with your best friends. Although you knew they meant well, you just wanted some alone time, to let everything out, cry as much and as hard you wanted.

Roxto had always liked you, more than a friend but you had never liked him like that. You always kept your distance, making sure not to talk much because once you had an actual conversation, he'd follow you everywhere until you got to Aonung, where he could keep Roxto with him.

Aonung and Tsireya always treated you like a sister but you soon figured that since Tonowari and Ronal had adopted you, Aonungs feelings towards you changed. Why? Did you moving in with them make him uncomfortable? Did you do something wrong? You don't recall doing anything that may upset him, you tried your hardest not to make any interactions with him awkward but he just wouldn't help.

The day you turned 14 Roxto confessed his 'love' for you and since you didn't like him back you kindly said, "I'm sorry Roxto, but I don't like you like that. Maybe some day." Ever since then he asked every day if you liked him and you replied with a hard, "No." and at this point you were over it and ignored him.

A week before you turned 15 everything changed, your attitude, your voice, and you even changed your hairstyle, the long black wavy hair you had once was gone, and was now goddess braids. Everyone was worried, because you were always kind and sweet, always caring for others.

But now all you cared about was time alone until...

*•~{Present Time}~•*
Squawks coming from above, the horn was blown, everyone was running and swimming towards the chaos.

You and Tsireya got on your ilu's and swam towards the others who were gathered around the...Omaticayans? Why were they here? You asked yourself.

They were a family of 7 and the two teen boys were looking your way, you and Tsireya got out of the water and the younger looking brother was looking right at her, while the older brother was looking at...you! You were caught by surprise when the younger brother said "Hey." to Tsireya, as she laughed quietly. Aonung and Roxto weren't satisfied by this gesture. The older teen introduced himself, "Hi! I'm Neteyam, what's your name?" He said, "Nice to meet you Neteyam, I'm Nat" You said as a grin appeared on Neteyam's face, Aonung was not happy about this but Roxto's face went cold when you actually answered the new boy, when you had never actually said anything to him and clearly ignored him.

He stood behind you and glared at Neteyam making his grin slip away, "Roxto what are you doing? Stop acting like you own me. Aonung, keep your friends in check." You said while turning around, angry at Aonung for not saying anything as your brother.

"Roxto leave her alone. She's right, you don't own her, neither of you do..." he said, while pointing at both, Neteyam and Roxto. "Aonung..." Tsireya said, making Aonung turn his head to another girl in their family, he blushed seeing her face, his eyes filled with mischief.

"Aonung, what are you looking at-OH!" You said making the girl look over at you, Aonung looked away from the girl and turned to look at you, "Nat! Be quiet!" He said his face turning bright red, The girl blushed as she walked over to us, was she looking at Roxto? "Hi, I'm Tali! What's your names?" She said, Neteyam turned around to see you introducing yourself, "Nice to meet you Tali! I'm Nat! And these are my siblings Aonung and Tsireya, and their friend Roxto." You said

Making Tali happy to make new friends. You then heard your father say that the Sully's could stay, Yay! You said to yourself. You and Tsireya were so excited that you both ran up to each other and hugged.

Soon after they had had their family meeting and settled in, the Sully kids jumped into the water where Roxto, Aonung, you, and Tsireya were waiting. After seeing what they were capable of, you guys all went back up to the surface and noticed Kiri wasn't there.

You guys searched frantically for Kiri, when you guys finally found her she was just looking around under water, befriending an ilu. By the looks of it she had already gotten the hang of it, mean while her siblings were struggling like crazy.

*•~{Fast Forward}~•*

You guys were sitting on a flat rock, teaching the Sully kids to breath better under water, you noticed Tsireya helping Lo'ak as Roxto and Neteyam looked at you. After Roxto glanced at you he looked over at Kiri, and once he did he smiled at her. You hadn't noticed what Roxto did, as you were to busy looking at Neteyam, hoping that what Tsireya and Lo'ak We're doing would be you and Neteyam.

Neteyam was still looking at you, "I wonder if she'd want to go out sometime" he'd mumble to himself, as you glanced at him again, you guys made eye contact, he quickly turned away as you grin at his reaction.

After the lessons you were walking back to your hut when you heard your name being called, "Nat! Wait up!" Neteyam said, as you turn around he's standing right infront you, your eyes can't just focus on his eyes, your eyes were focused on his lips as well, "Oh, hey Neteyam! Is something wrong?" You asked, he was about to speak when you heard Tsireya calling you, "Nat! Father wants us home, now!" She yelled, "Coming!" You said running off, but before you left Neteyam grabbed your arm, "Nat can we talk later? I need to ask you something." He said, as you nodded a 'yea' and ran off. "What is it father?" You asked as you entered the hut, "Sit." He said, his voice stern.

"Yes sir." You said, taking a knee next to Tsireya, "I called you three here about the Sully kids," All of us looked at each other, your eyes saying 'what?' , "They need to learn our ways, and I need one of you to help them outside of your lessons." Your father said, a chill ran down your spine, "I'll do it, unless Nat wants to." Tsireya said, a grin appearing on her face as she looked at you. "Uhm I guess I can" You said hoping your father would say no to you, "Then it's settled, Nat will be staying with the Sully's. Once they've learnt our ways you can return." He said

"Wait! I have to what?!" You said, your voice cracking as you got up furiously, "You'll be staying with the-"Aonung was starting to say something until you cut him off, "Yes I know!" You said, "Go pack your things Nat, you have a long day ahead of you." Your father said, as you left to gather your things.

A few minutes later you walked over to the Sully's, as they had already been informed that you'd be staying with them and planned everything out. "Nat! Hi!" You heard a voice say coming from behind you, you turn around to see Neteyam's tall figure standing infront of you, once again your eyes only focused on his eyes and lips, "Oh, hi Neteyam!" You said excitedly, "You'll be staying with me!" He said, as you smiled at the fact that you'd be staying with him.

He took you to his room as he carried your stuff for you. Once you reached his room, you guys sat down and talked for a while until it was dinner time, "Kids! Dinner!" Neytiri called, as you all ran to the table, grabbing the fish and ate, once in a while you and Neteyam would steal glances from each other and you both smiled as you both turned away. Once dinner was finished you all head to bed.

You and Neteyam had to share a bed, so you decided to put something in between you both, so it wouldn't be...weird. Once he entered his room and saw what you were doing, "What are you doing, Nat?" He said, chuckling a bit, "Oh uhm..Nothing! I just didn't want anything to be awkward." You said, hoping the nerves in the tone of your voice wouldn't be noticeable, "There isn't anything awkward about this, is there?" He said, "No.." You said calmly, "ok then, there is no need for this." He said, climbing into bed, as he signaled with his hands, 'come' as you climbed into bed, next to him.

"See? Nothing awkward." He said, "Goodnight, Neteyam." You said, as you turned to your side, your back facing him, "Goodnight, Princess." He said, as he pulled you close and wrapped his arms around you.
