You had woken up to Neteyam still holding you close to his body, you had woken up at the crack of dawn like you always did and decided to head to the water, you were about to get up when Neteyam grabbed your arm, "Heyy where you going?" He asked, a whiny tone in his voice, "Neteyam! It's already morning, I was just going out for a swim."

You said as he let go of your arm, "Wait for me. I'm coming!" He said, a grin appearing on his face as you waited for him, "You ready?" You said, dipping your feet in the water as he walked out of the hut, "Yea, I'm ready!" He said happily, as you jumped in and he followed.

"Get on my ilu!" You said, "A what?" He asked, you had forgotten he was still new to your animals, "Oh right, just hop on!" You said, as he got on behind you. "I'll go slow, I promise." You said, making his nerves calm, "Ok..." he said, grabbing onto your waist as you guided your ilu through the water you could feel your face turning red, "Do you remember what Tsireya told Lo'ak?" You asked, hoping that would distract you from the thoughts you were having, "What did she tell him?" He asked, acting as if he didn't know

"Ok here, we'll go on a flat rock and I'll help you ok?" You said, "Ok" Neteyam mumbled, a grin appearing on his face. You guys found a flat rock and gently got off of you ilu.

You both got on the rock and sat down shoulder to shoulder, you put one of your hands on his chest, and one on his stomach, "Breath in, Breath from down here," You say, as Neteyam looks at you, "Teyam, your heartbeat is fast," You said, "Ok..." He said softly, "try to focus. Breath in, and let your mind go clear." You said, as Neteyam lost his focus again by looking into your sea blue eyes, "Neteyam! Focus!" You said.

"Im sorry. Ok? Your eyes are jus so beautiful-"He said, making you blush and turn your head away from his body, "You ok, princess?" He said, "Princess?" You asked, still blushing with your head turned away, "I mean, you also gave me a nickname,
remember? Teyam?" He said, "Oh-" you said, as you turned you head back to him, still blushing. "Are you blushing?" He asked teasingly, "N-no." You said, trying to act touch.

"Oh, Come on! I can see it in your eyes and your face. Don't lie to me, Nat" He said, making your face even pinker than it already was, "What are you talking about?" You asked nervously, "Oh I think you know~" He said, "No I don't." You replied.

"Oh Nat, why are you still lying to me? Did you think I didn't see you glancing at me during dinner?" He said, you chuckled at his response, "Oh yea? What about you?" You said

Making Neteyam's eyes widen, "What about me?" He said, as you scoffed, "You don't think I notice your little glances?" You laugh a bit as you say that, "What? No I dont!.." he says nervously

"Sure you don't~" You said teasing, "Yep, I don't" He says, a confident yet humorous tone in his voice, "We should head back. It's almost time to head to the others for lessons" You say, making Neteyam frown, "Ok.." He said, as you were already getting up.

Neteyam starts raising himself up from the rock but he trips, he grabs your arm for support but ends up pulling you down with him, you laugh as you both fall on top of the rock, not realizing you've fallen on top of him, "Nat.." He says, his face turning red, because you have your hand rested on his chest and your faces were inches apart, "What?" You said, still laughing

"..Get up..Princess.." he says in between breaths, "What? What do yo-OH!" You get up from on top of him as quickly as you can, while his face is still red, "I'm so sorry! I didn't realize that-" He cuts you off, "Hey, don't worry, it's ok! Let's just go." He says, "uhm ok.." You say, as you walk up to your ilu, Neteyam following.

Once you guys get back, close enough to shore you see Tsireya in the water talking to Kiri, "I'll see you later, ok Teyam?" You say as your already walking towards them, "Yea, ok. But wait!" He says, while grabbing your wrist pulling you in for a hug, one of his hands on your waist whilst the other one is around you neck.
