Lisa POV
As my first week goes by I managed to go unnoticed by the queen bees of the school, but I'm counting myself lucky that I haven't seen any sign of Core 4.
Hwasa told me that they miss classes a lot due to their busy schedule, but my heart stops at the thought of them starting the game. I have no idea what's going to happen, but Hwasa and everyone else seems to be use to it. Speaking of Hwasa we've gotten closer, although she's not Jihyo she is my ideal type of friend.
We spent all afternoon yesterday laughing about how I made milk come out of my nose, it's nice to be myself around someone.
I suddenly hear a high pitched scream although I'm not sure if it's like ahhhh! For excitement or ahhhh! For fear. Anyways I'll find out.
Author POV
Lisa saw Hwasa who was also running with a bunch of other students towards the scream. Lisa decided to follow to see what was going on.
"The boys are back!",one girl said to her friend. The girl spoke loud enough for Lisa and Hwasa to hear, Lisa felt her throat closing up while all the other girls were squealing in excitement.
"We can go if you want",Hwasa said. "Let's just wait for them to pass I'll be fine",Lisa said shaking off her nerves.
The students started splitting up into sides making a path for Core 4. The four boys strutted pass everyone like they were invisible, the girls swooned as Jungkook gave them a wink.
Lisa felt her nerves disappearing and being replaced with irritation as she saw how these boys basked in the glory.
Lisa POV
"So that was it?",I asked. "What do you mean?",Hwasa asked. "That was Core 4, I mean why are people so afraid?",I ask not being able to put the ideas together.
"They don't look scary, but it's not about the look it's about the authority",Hwasa tells me.
When she says it like that it makes sense, you don't have to look like an angel to be one and in and in the same way you don't have to look like a devil to be one either.
It seems in this life everyone's wearing a mask that has to be pulled of sooner...
