Jeongin wakes up first that morning. The rising sun through the car window hit at just the right angle to shine in his eyes.
He groans, burying his face in Hyunjin's chest. The older stirs slightly, pulling Jeongin closer.
Jeongin was content with going back to sleep but Hyunjin decided to speak. "What time is it, bub?"
Jeongin shrugs. "Dunno," He mumbles, voice laced with sleep. He coughs a bit, cuddling closer.
"Sunshine," He chuckles, kissing Jeongin's forehead. "We need to get home. Unless you can convince your mom to let you stay out another night,"
Jeongin pouts, sitting up a bit. He winces, his lower back screaming.
"You okay?" Hyunjin asks, sitting up beside him.
"Yeah." He sighs, voice a bit raspy. "It...hurts," He laughs, a little embarrassed at his words.
"Was I too rough? Shit, baby, I'm sorry. Want a massage?" Hyunjin pouts, already rubbing his shoulders.
Jeongin nods, relaxing into his touch. "I dunno how much it'll help, but thank you,"
"Of course! Anything for my love." He keeps rubbing his shoulders, moving lower down to his hips.
Jeongin yelps, pain shooting through his body.
"You okay?" Hyunjin immediately stops, eyes wide. "Did that hurt? Should I stop?"
Jeongin nods, body tensed. He exhales, slowly. "It hurt. But I'm okay. It feels better now,"
Hyunjin sighs, relieved he didn't hurt him too bad. "Should I do it again?"
Jeongin shrugs, laying back. "I'm okay. Don't you have to be home early?"
Hyunjin shakes his head. "Not anymore. My sister texted me after you went to sleep last night. She said dad's sick and to enjoy my time out."
Jeongin smiles, "Okay. I'll call my mom and ask if I can stay out,"
He opens his phone hitting his mom's contact.
She picks up rather quickly.
"Whats up, love? Something happen?"
"No, Mama, I'm okay. I was just wondering if I can stay til tomorrow? Hyun- Jisung! Jisung wants me to stay." His eyes widen at his mistake.
He hears the hesitation on the other line.
"Okay. But who's name were you going to say? And don't tell me it's no one. I know you, Jeongin."
Jeongin looks at Hyunjin, wide eyed. "One second, Mom. Ji's showering and forgot a towel."
He mutes the call, "I have to tell her your name. She won't let me lie. She's scarily accurate,"
Hyunjin shakes his head, "No, Innie."
"Hyunjin." He says, placing a hand on his thigh. "It'll be okay." He goes to unmute his phone
"Jeongin, I swear to god-" He mumbles.
"Shut up and yell at me after." He grumbles, unmuting his phone.
"Sorry! Ji tried to be funny and sprayed me with water."
"You're okay. Now, who's the other person,"
He sighs, looking at Hyunjin who's still glaring daggers at him.
"Just Hyunjin. He's one of Jisung's friends. He was over last night and he wants to get to know me more."
"Ohh? Yeah?" She teases, laughing.
