"Hey mom", I said after i slightly opened my mom's room.
"Hey Angel, come and take a seat", Mum said as she sat up from the lying posture she was in.
"Mummy, I am so sorry. I am so sorry... I didn't know how it happened..I am even in a state of shock" I said to my mom crying.
"Are u sure u don't know what happened. In fact, who got you pregnant or did you become a whore under my very nose...How stupid can u be to allow a boy deceive you this way", Mum said in a very calm tone.
"Mummy, I am not a whore please. Ok?? I was drunk...", I mistakenly spilled out.
"Will you tell me everything that happened this minute else...", Mum said in that same calm tone that creeped me out.
I told her everything that happened and she almost slapped me ...
"Are u stupid Angel? Is that how you were raised? Why are u doin this to me why are u doing this to your dad do u know what will happen if your dad hears this...", She said crying.
I couldn't watch my mum cry. I felt very bad. I held her and cried into her, she consoled me surprisingly.
"So what are we going to do now", I asked my mom
"Firstly, we need to tell your dad and then you will have to stay with aunty rose till you give birth to avoid unnecessary questions and all that...
Is that cool with you my love??", she asked and pecked me on my forehead...
"Yes mummy, Thank you.
Let me go to my room", I said standing up and arranging the part of her bed I sat on.
I opened the door and recieved the shock of my life...
"Dad?!", I said while holding the wall for support.
"How long were you guys going to hide your pregnancy from me", Dad said angrily ...
"Dad I am so sorry..." I said kneeling down to get him.
"Oh my God!", mom said as she covered her nose and mouth with her right palm..
"So this girl you are pregnant and you both hid it from me"
"Angel go to your room, let me speak with your dad privately...", Mum said touching her temple
"Good night mum and dad...", I left without an answer from them...
