Roxanne walked down the hallway in search for her favorite familiar faces. "Ted! Bill!" Roxanne exclaimed as she rushed over to the duo, Ted opening his arms wide for his girlfriend.
"How's it going dude?" Bill questions the girl as she runs over, hugging Ted. "Quite excellent." She replies as she fists bump the blonde.
"You're coming over tonight, right? It's movie night." Ted says with his signature grin. "Duh, wouldn't miss it for the world." She says as she kisses Ted's cheek. "Catch you later!" She exclaims with a grin as she rushes to her class.
Bill looks over at Ted who grinned. "You're so whipped Ted." Bill says to the boy who nods happily. "If it's for her I don't care what anyone thinks I am." Ted says as he and his friend walk away.
It was finally afterschool, Ted and Roxanne walked back to his house listening to music on her walkman. "As good as 'go to hell is', you gotta admit 'the conjuring' is equally as excellent." Roxanne says as she and Ted walk towards Ted's house, grins on their face as they spoke about music.
"I totally agree with you on that babe." Ted says as he throws an arm around Roxanne's shoulders. The duo head over to Ted's room, the familiarity of the posters and messiness made her grin. The girl jumped onto Ted's bed, sighing contently.
"Come here." She says as she opens her arms. Ted grins widely as he also jumps onto the bed, laying in her arms. "Your hair is so cool Ted." She says as she runs her hands through his hair. "You really think so?" Ted questions causing her to grin. "I know so." She says as she kisses his forehead.
After about an hour or so, the duo was sat on the couch watching 'the exorcist'. Ted and Roxanne jumped as Reagan's head spun around. "That's totally freaky." Ted says as he and Roxanne hold onto each other. Suddenly the sound of loud tires interrupted their thoughts and the movie.
"It's my dad, come on." Ted says as he and Roxanne rush out of the living room and into Ted's room. Roxanne opened the window and began climbing out of it. "Bye Ted." She says as she turns around. "Bye babe." Ted says with a goofy grin as he began to walk back towards the living room.
"Wait...Ted!" She whisper shouts. Ted rushes back to the window and Roxanne motions him down. Ted leans over and Roxane quickly pecks his lips. Ted's eyes widen as he watches the girl grin then scurry away.
"Ted?" HIs father shouts causing Ted to turn and see his father standing in the doorway. "What the hell are you doing?" He questions his son. "It's kinda hot so I opened a window." Ted says causing his father to sigh with an eyeroll. "Whatever." He says.
Several weeks passed by and at that moment Ted and Roxanne were in Ted's garage. "Can you pass me the blue paint?" The girl questions as she continues painting the wall. They were planning a surprise for Bill, they were going to paint the band's logo onto the wall.
"Sure thing babe." Ted says as he grabs the paint, but an idea flashes into his mind as he suddenly grabs a paint brush and puts a small bit of blue paint on it. "Ted?" She questions but as she turns to face his, small dots of blue paint spray onto her face.
"You're so dead." She says with a smirk on her face. Ted's eyes widen as she grabs the paintbrush she was holding and began to chase him around the garage. "No!" Ted exclaims as Roxanne tackled him. "I got you!" She exclaims as she begins to inch the paintbrush closer to his face.
But then Ted grabbed another brush covered in red paint and painted the bottom of her face. She gasps with a smile as she paused. She then leaned down and kissed his cheek, a red stain remaining on his cheek. She laughed loudly, but then Ted grabbed the back of her head and kissed her lips, red paint smearing all over his lips.
Ted and Roxanne pulled away; grins spread on their faces as they simply looked at each other. "You wanna finish the painting?" Roxanne questioned. "Come on." Ted says as he sits up, both teens wriggling out of the position they were in, continuing the mural on the wall.
"Open your eyes!" Roxanne and Ted exclaim as they led Bill into the garage. "Woah!" Bill exclaims as he sees the painting. "You like it?" Roxanne questions. "It's most excellent! I can't believe you guys painted this." Bill says as he looks at the mural in awe.
Ted grins as he watches his best friend's reaction, Roxanne looks over and sees his happy smile. She grasps his hand as they look at Bill holding the video camera pointing it at the mural then at the duo. "The lovebirds painted it for us! Isn't it most bodacious?!" Bill exclaims happily, Ted and Roxanne grin happily.
Months had gone by; it was the summer before the trio's sophomore year. "I don't want to move!" Roxanne exclaimed to her parents. "Roxanne, do not raise your voice at me!" Her mother exclaimed. "It's not fair, just cause dad got a stupid job in stupid New Mexico!" Roxanne says, the sting of tears lingering behind her eyes.
"It's an opportunity to meet new people. Maybe get away from those idiotic boys." Her father says, whispering the last part...but Roxanne heard. "You have no right dad! I happen to be dating one of those 'idiotic boys' and I love him!" She exclaims, immediately covering her mouth. "You don't know what you're talking about." Her father says, dismissing his daughter immediately.
Roxanne had sulked her way over to Ted's house, going over to his room's window. "Ted." she says as she knocks at his window, tears slowly flowing down her cheeks. Ted bounds over as he sees his girlfriend at the window, tears streaming down her cheeks, his face immediately dropping.
"Babe?" He questions as he opens the window. "I'm moving, in 3 days." She says as she looks up at the boy, whose eyes began tearing up as well. "Where?" He questions. "New Mexico." She says as she leans her arms against the windowsill. "But that's like a million miles from here! Bogus." Ted says with a frown, a tear fell from his eyes.
Ted climbed out from his window and onto the grass, he immediately engulfed her into a bear hug. "You could stay with me. We'd have movie night every night." Ted says as Roxanne cries some more. "I don't wanna leave." She says as they remove themselves from each other. "I don't want you to go either." Ted says, pouting his lips as he looked at the girl. Roxanne leaned up and pressed a quick peck on his lips, both sighing knowing that there was nothing they could do about the situation.
Bill, Roxanne, ad Ted hugged as Mr. and Mrs. Jones packed up the trailer that was connected to their car. "I'm really going to miss you guys." She says with a grin. "We'll miss you too dude." Bill says as he and Roxanne fist-bump one last time.
Ted smiles bashfully at the girl as he hands her his guitar pick. A parting gift, before y'know you start your excellent adventure in Santa Fe." Ted says, Roxanne grins as she embraces him. "See you around babe." Ted says. "See you around Ted." She says as she hugs him once again.
"I can't believe San Dimas is losing their only red head." Bill says as he wraps his arms around his friend, a group hug ensuing. "Roxanne!" Her father shouts causing the girl to nod. "Catch you later Bill and Ted." The girl says with a small frown. "See you 'round Roxanne." Ted and Bill say in unison.
