The next scene started with Jane singing in front of the school
"♪ Look out, I am here ♪
♪ It's gonna be different this year ♪" she sings then turn around and walk into school with a smile
"Why are you smiling, its school" Potato asks confused while he shoves Popcorn into his mouth
"Ew" Olivia scrunch her nose at the sight "Potato close your mouth when you eat and watch the screen in silence please" when he smiled her way and motion his hand like he zipped up his lips she quirks her mouth slightly upward "thanks"
The scene moves to the T-birds walking with Olivia toward the school "That goody two-shoes Frigidaire?" she points at Jane "Dream on, boys."
"It's true." Gil chimes "I heard she made it with half the Brooklyn Dodgers before she left New York." They laugh while Jane in the theater came to a realization- no one will ever believe her if she say she haven't, if her so called future friend saw her as a tramp who wouldn't? She sunk into her chair with tears threatening to drop, but she couldn't let then see her cry.
She can't let them with she thought when her emotions betrayed her and she let out a sob "no one is on my side" she whisper to herself while the two gangs and her Boyfriends (is he even her boyfriend anymore?) look at her concerned, they never realized she was hurting so bad from this rumor
"if it matters" Hazel suddenly spoke up "I always believed you, I just... im sorry that I didn't say anything, it does make me as guilty as all the people who believed in this but I didn't know how to be brave enough to stand up to people before it was too late to" she looked at Jane "but you don't deserve to be hurting just because you like a boy" she nods to the crying girl who mustered a small smile

"They had an awful season that year." Potato joined in
