"Hey, what are you doing sleeping in this late? Did I fuck you out that much?"

The strangling voice took me out of my dreamless slumber, immediately putting me on edge as Derek came into view. His voice had a teasing tone, so I questioned if he wanted me to respond. I decided against it, seeing him turn to the closet, shrugging off his suit jacket on the way. He was dressed to the nines again, sporting a silver toned suit set with a perfect egg shell dress shirt underneath, a vibrant red tie completing the look. My eyes followed his movements anxiously, while he strutted around like me being there was nothing out of the ordinary.

Like I'm not being held captive in his house

He walked back into view a few moments later, his jacket and tie seemingly put away, before making his way to me. I tried to stand, but I found that I was too weak to even make it to my knees in time before he stood proudly above me. He quickly grabbed my face in his hand, lifting it to get a better look. He smirked down at me, seemingly enjoying my miserable look. "Did you miss me?" He asked slyly. Now I knew he wanted a response to that. Swallowing my pride, I quietly responded. "I was lonely" I lied, my voice raspy from sleep. His smile grew, before giving me a few pats on the cheek. "Well, don't you worry, cause I'm going to keep you company the whole night" he teased, his voice ending just above a whisper. He stepped away, allowing me to sigh in relief. And then I noticed it. After a few minutes of being awake, my body's signals started up again, bringing my hunger, and more urgently, my full bladder to full attention. While I was reluctant to speak at all, especially when not spoken to, I felt I couldn't hold it in much longer. With a deep breath, I started. "M-may I-I go to the w-washroom?" I asked fearfully. To my surprise, Derek looked at me dumbfounded, as if he didn't understand a word I was saying. Maybe I was stuttering too much? I considered repeating myself, but before I had the chance, Derek got closer to me once more. "Uh, sure. One sec" he said shortly. This especially took me off guard. His voice sounded normal for a second. No exaggerated rage or malice present. For a moment, he was just some guy. Just human.

While I was lost in thought, Derek unfastened my chains from the wall before leading me by the cuffs to the on-suite bathroom. "You got ten minutes before I kick the door in" he explained, the gruffness returning to his voice. Opening the door, he shoved me inside before moving to sit on the edge of his bed, unfastening his dress shoes. I shut and locked the door, sighing in relief. It was surprising I got this far. Remembering nature's call, I rushed to the toilet to relieve myself. I immediately felt at ease as I urinated, taking the time to get my first look of the space. It was huge. Nearly as big as the bedroom itself. Covered in white marble tiles and counters, the whole room shone like it was freshly renovated. Not only did he have a stand alone claw foot bath tub, but a full size rainfall shower as well, both in pristine condition. Fluffy snow white hung wherever they might be needed, but besides that, there was no clutter to be found, not even on the edge of the sink. I grabbed for the toilet paper, instantly noticing how thick and soft it was. 'Is this even sold in normal stores?' I thought as I cleaned myself up. I then made my way to the sink. I gasped when I saw my reflection in the mirror, the first time I've had the chance to in many days. I looked like a shell of my old self; dark circles surrounded my blood shot eyes, bruises and cuts littered my body everywhere I looked, and my face looked sunken from weight loss. Remembering my time limit, I quickly washed my hands, also taking the time to cup a few handfuls of water into my mouth while I had the chance. Finally, I left the water running as I went to search the bathroom cabinets for something useful, hoping that the rushing water would muffle any rustling sounds that I would make. Checking under the sink, I found Derek's collection of shower supplies. While I was hoping for some scissors, I found nothing of the sort; just rows of expensive hair and skin care products. Reaching into the very back of the shelf, I felt an unusual item that was out of place. Bringing it into view, I saw that it was a sturdy shaving razor, barely used and obviously still sharp. The blades were too short to escape with, but...
