11:20

I slowly woke up – I was lying on the grass. I can see the soft reflections of the sun, the glitter – I can't open my eyes properly. My head hurts quite a lot and I feel something cold on my legs. They are wet with water. What is happening? I'm confused and my reflexes are slowing down. I try to scan the place with my eyes, but there is a man in front of me, watching me.

[I startle]
I immediately sit up and try to stand up and at least be his equal – but it's harder than it looks.

"Who are you?" - I tried to focus, but he was still blurry.

He helped me to stand and asked in a less familiar voice: "What, you don't recognize me?"

"Hm." - his face came into focus – he had short stubble, a nose like a slide, eyes sandy, almost brown, hair thick. He looked like he'd just come out of a barber shop.

"Tony?" - I wondered.

- "Yes that's me. Are you okay?"

So I was in proper shock.

"What happened?" - I asked, still at a loss.

- "I found you here unconscious. Did you pass out?" - he wondered.

"Well, no... Someone hit me. Where are we exactly?" - I asked.

- "In the woods next to the prison. Who attacked you?"

"I don't know, I didn't see his face."

- "Are you okay?" - he asked.

"Yes, I think I am."

- "The guy probably thought you had money on you." - he concluded.

"Apparently he did. You don't know how to get out of here?"

- "Yes I do, but it's going to take a while."

"What kind of a while?"

- "You can get through the woods to the parking lot. It's about three kilometres." - he said.

"Hmm." - I mused, looking around the area.

- "At least we'll both get to walk a bit. I was about to head back anyway."

The whole thing felt like a chance to get my mind off the situation that had just happened.

"Oh well, I guess I don't even have a choice. Thank you."

So we walked down the beaten path, but I didn't want to walk in silence because I hate that kind of sepulchral silence when the other person is next to me.

"Will you tell me something about yourself? To pass the time..." - I suggested.

- "I'm an auto mechanic, I have a workshop at the end of town." - he said quite dryly.

"A car mechanic, then? Mmm, interesting" - Tony gave me that "don't judge me!" look, so I continued - "I don't know any mechanics yet, so you're the first one. Do you need me to advertise for you?" - I wondered aloud.

- "Actually, not really. I would have liked some advertising, but that's not why I looked you up at the time." - he explained - "Well, I created an agency and I got a call from a client saying he wanted your services, but it's very harsh, that's why I pushed so hard for it."

"So like this... Well, but I don't know if I could take it right away." - I informed him.

- "The client indicated to me that it was a decent earner, so I wouldn't turn it down."

"At least tell me if it's something like an ad campaign, or is it more like a graphic for a logo?" - I pry.

- "It's more like an ad campaign."
