I finished giving Essence a bath and washing her hair, after I dressed her and we went downstairs so I could make her something for lunch.
"Wanna grilled cheese?" I asked her as I sat her down in the chair.
"Yes!" she said swinging her feet.
I nodded grabbing the cheese and butter out the fridge then walked grabbing the bread out the pantry.
"You want edges on or off?" I asked her as I put the butter on the skillet letting it melt before putting the bread on it.
"On,"she said swinging her feet as she watched a movie on my phone.
