Your love killed me

Chapter 3

I awoke extremely happy for the first time since that incident accord. The incident that will never leave me. I was only a little boy when it happened. My mother and brother were all that I had left. " No stop. I can't think about that right now. " I got up and got dressed in my regularly black on black. I was ready to see Frank. I still remember the way he taste on my lips. His perfect soft red lips.
" Gerard ! " that must have been my Aunt. I ran downstairs and grabbed everything I needed before heading out. " Gerard aren't you forgetting something?" I turned around to face her seeing fury in her eyes. Oh shit. My car.
" Oh. My car is still at the school. I had a um ... Friend drive me home yesterday. I'm really sorry. " I tried to give my best puppy eyes while saying this. " it's okay. Just don't let it happen again please." At that I turned and walked out the door.
I stood in the front of the school ready for first actual day. I was kind of hoping I would have another incident happen so I wouldn't have to be here.
" Gerard! " I turned and saw who was hollering for me only to see Frank coming up to me. " Hi " he said. He gave me a kiss on the cheek. It was nice. It helped a little bit with my nerves. " Ready for your first actual day of school?"
" No. Not at all. Can't we just skip today ?" I didn't want to relive another first day of school. I hated school. " No I'm sorry Gee. We can't, we have to go. How about we go somewhere after school? "
I looked at him and instantly got lost in his beautiful eyes. I couldn't say no to him at all. " yea okay. That sounds great!"
" Alright I'll see you soon. " " okay" I said smiling at him. I watched him run off to his first period class. Why couldn't we have the same classes? The last bell rang signaling for everyone to get to class. " Okay Gerard. " I said to myself. " You can do this. " I took one step closer to what every teenager dreaded the most.
The last bell of the day rang and it was time to leave. I rushed to the student parking lot only to find Frank by my car. " Hi! " I said to him way too enthusiastically than intended. " Hi babe. " He grabbed my waist and pulled me closer to him. " nice to see you again " He kissed me lightly making butterflies start moving in the pit of my stomach. " Are you ready to go?" he said pushing my jet black hair out of my face. " Yea. Um Frank, where are we going exactly?"
" You'll see." He had the biggest grin on his face. He was up to something. " Just get in. You're going to love it. "
" okay " I said giggling.
We drove for about two hours and Frank finally pulled onto a dirt road.
" you're not planning on killing me out here are you? " I said joking around.
" No just maybe get you to help me bury a body. " I looked at him smiling. Wow I thought to myself . He has been the only person that I can smile with for a very long time.
We pulled up to what looked to be an abandoned carnival. Everything was rusted and I'm pretty sure nothing worked. " Frank , what are we doing here? "

He looked at me out of pity. " I know something happened to you. I can see it in your eyes. " I had to look away. How did he know? Was it really that noticeable?
" I don't expect you to tell me right now but I want to tell you my story. " he moved closer to me and grabbed my hand. We both walked past all the rusted rides and what looked to be cotton candy and ashes everywhere. Frank stopped in front of the ferries wheel and we both sat down facing each other.
" I was five when it happened. I had a family like you. My mom and dad invited the whole family for a reunion at our house. One night we decided to come here and get everyone out of the house." Frank paused taking a deep breath in reflecting on his past.
" I was with my cousin that night. He was four, just one year younger than me. We wanted to go on top if there without having to wait on the ride. " Frank pointed up at the ferries wheel. " We climbed up there and made it safely, Then my family was there. Mom yelled and screamed at both of us to get down but we didn't listen. We wanted to stay up there and watch the stars. "
Frank Looked up at the ferries wheel and I all I wanted to do was love him and never let him go.
" what happened? " I said after about a minute of silence.
" My mom started to climb the ferries wheel. She reached us and she grabbed onto my cousins leg but he shook her off and she slipped. She fell to her death. I was angry at my cousin so I decided to make him pay." Frank then looked at me with fire in his eyes, I knew it couldn't have ended well.
" I pushed him and watched him fall to his death just as he did to my mother. I was sent away for a long time and a couple of years back I was able to come back to civilization. "
" Gerard, I lost the one thing that was good about my life. I don't know how I'll ever get anything good back. "
I looked at Frank. Broken and falling apart before me. I couldn't leave him now. I will love him and hold him forever,even if it's the last thing I do.
" I'm here for you Frank. " and with that we kissed until our mouths were swollen and we began to freeze.
