Sonadow - sonic boom

Part three

"Turn off your machine Robotnik."*Shadow says in a serious manner*

"Sheesh, it's weird hearing you say my real name- now, why should I? Isn't sonic your rival to?" *Eggman(Or Robitnik) claims before raises an eyebrow*

"Correct, he is. Are you gonna turn off your pathetic machine or what?"

*Sonic looks up at Shadow and Eggman talking, he cant hear what they're saying because of the loud, high pitch noise, but he does hear Shadow ask Eggman if he's gonna turn off his machine, that made him smile lightly*

"But shadow!- Don't you want to beat him? We're teammates!" *Eggman said eagerly, wanting Shadow T. Hedgehogs approval, badly.*

"Tch.. If I say I'm your teammate will you turn off your machine?." *Shadow says with a slightly irritated and annoyed tone*

"Why yes! If that's what you want me to do!! So we're a team right? We'll work together to finally take down that blue hedgehog??" *The Egg shaped head man said eagerly*

"Why yes of course." *Shadow said sarcastically, still annoyed* "Now turn off your machine." *He says sternly*

"Oh yes- on it Shadow!"
*Right after Eggman turns off the machine, Shadow looks down at Sonic, and sees him no longer covering his ears. He's just sitting on the floor, his ears twitching.*

*Shadow replies with no words. Instead, he replies physically and kicks Eggmans egg-mobile out of the horizon*

"Wait!- but i thought we were a teammm-" *Eggman yells before his voice fades*

*Shadow teleports back down to Sonic. He looks back at Eggman flying away but then changes his gaze to be on the royal blue hedgehog*

"Um... thankss...?- Alright why did you do that?" *Sonic questions with a raised eyebrow, confused on why his rival would defend him from Eggman*

".. Of why are you asking this question, hedgehog?" The ink coloured hedgehog asked*

*Sonic stands up, now face to face with the other hedgehog*
"I mean why would you help out a RIVAL instead of your own teammate?"

*Shadow narrows his eyes and scowls at sonic, getting  slightly annoyed*
"One, I would never be on that imbeciles 'team.' Two," *Shadows scowl softens lightly* "-you were at your low point. If anyone is going to defeat you, they should at least do it when you can at least hear what's going on."

*Once Shadow finishes saying that Sonic chuckles*
"Pfft- yeah, Egghead would be proud at defeating me when I'm not even at my best state"  *He smirks as he says that*

"I'm not trying to engage conversat-" *Sonic interrupts Shadows speach* "Ow ow ow ow!!-"

*Sonics ears suddenly have that high-pitch sound running through it, he almost falls over because he absolutely HATES sudden loud noises*

*The black hedgehog sees this and by instinct, he uses one arm and catches sonic by the waist*
"Jesus, What was that for?." *Shadow asks with a tone mixed with annoyance and slight concern*

*Sonic blinks twice, confused on why Shadow did that, but then he forgets about it and covers his ears*
"Oh.. I've just fallen.... For y-" *Shadow drops Sonic as soon as he starts to say that last part*

"Get up." *Shadow says with a irritated tone*

"No wait- actually help me up- please?-"
