Scenario 1: Character A is on the lookout for a new apartment. They find one, it's in a big city and they are there to accomplish a big dream. Character B has lived there their whole life, and helps Character A move in, letting them in on all the gossip from the complex. They hit it off in the short conversations, asking where CA is from and why they moved there, etc. They continue to run into each other, being neighbors and all and decide to go out on a date (or just chill if they're not romantic).
Scenario 2: Character A finds a nice and cozy apartment to move into in the big city, excited for new adventures to come. They are young and dumb, on the second (or higher) floor. They dance around and blast music, which in turn causes Character B to come up and make a big stink about them being too loud. Almost an enemies to lovers, just without all the deep lore drama to it lol.
