Number of Characters: 2+
Normal Scenario: Character A just bought their first house. They are still moving in when Character B brings over a house warming gift. Character A finds it thoughtful, however ugly or gross (depending on object or food) the gift is. They ask a few questions, talking and joking about the gossip of the neighborhood, when Character A is asked why they bought a house alone. Ensue deep conversation here, and voila! Chemistry.
Spicy Scenario (Requires 4+ Characters): Characters A and B are a couple and Characters C and D are a couple. Whether or not anyone has kids is entirely up to you. But Couple AB decide to buy a house in Couple CD's neighborhood. They make acquaintances easily, with a housewarming gift and helping move in. After some buildup Characters A and C start having a bit of a crush on each other, getting along better than their respective partners. Throw in a little bit of *drama* for spice, and let the scandal flourish. I mean, who doesn't love a good, well thought out, scandal?
