The council is in a uproar their 4th hokage is dead yet a "demon" lives y"WE MUST KILL IT" yelled the CVC (CVC is Civilian council) "NOT WHILE I STILL BREATH YOU FAT BASTARDS" yelled a very angry Tsume Inazuka, "Lord third is that child from who I think it is" asked a calm Fugaku Uchiha? "Yes it is the child of your former teammate" the Fugaku turns to the Council "touch the boy and you will learn why the Uchiha are the second strongest under the Senju" his sharingan active and burning in red fury.

(Kushina and Fugaku and Mikoto were on the same team Minato's team was him, Teuchi and Might Dia)

(Hiruzen Sarutobi pov)

"I will take my place as third hokage again AND I SHALL PUT A NEW LAW STATING IF ANYONE HARMS THIS CHILD I WILL PERSONALLY SEND YOU TO OROCHIMARU SO HE CAN USE YOU FOR HIS EXPERIMENTS!!" said Hiruzen. "My root is yours my old friend I will help you protect our little hero," said Danzō the civilian council went pale at the announcement from Danzō and Hiruzen. The old monkey nods to his teammate then sighs "now civilian council get out this now shinobi matters only" said a calmer Hiruzen the civilian council leaves and the old monkey signals his anbu to Lock it down. "This child is Minato's and Kushina's his name is Naruto Uzumaki now please help me protect him from those who can't see the difference between a sword and its sheathe" said Hiruzen shocking everyone but a few. "Hiruzen my root and your anbu will watch him I'm not called the old war hawk for nothing." said Danzō many people chuckled at his joke "thank you Danzō maybe you can have Saikuno (fem sai) protect him it might help her relax and show more emotions now this meeting is over my students and wife (yes she's alive) have been watching him and I hope he hasn't woken up"said Hiruzen.

{INSIDE THE HOKAGE'S OFFICE God pov}

As lord third walks into his office he see his female student Tsunade Senju breastfeeding little naruto, the perverted king as he likes to call himself try to sneak peeks and the sane one orochimaru checking naruto making sure he's alright and healthy. "Drink up little Naru I know you're gonna be a strong ninja just like your parents" said a very happy Tsunade. "You see Tsuna you said you didn't want to come back here but look at what you would have walked away from this little ball of sunshine" said a perverted looking Jiraiya writing in some journal as Tsunade glared at him she would have used KI (killing intent) but she didn't want to scare Naruto.

"Kukuku he sure is hungry but that's to be expected from Uzumaki's they eat more thank Amakichi's" said Orochimaru everyone stares and him like he's grown two heads "what I'm serious Kushina said it herself" everyone laughs, "Hey sensei who's gonna take care of the squirt I mean I know nobody can adopt him but that doesn't mean he can't live at those houses" said Pervy sage

(Hiruzen adopted a thinking pose) "hmmm maybe Fugaku and Mikoto would be okay letting him stay there Weasel, dog get in here, Yes my lord" said both Anbu. "Itomi would your family be interested in raising naruto from 6-9 while Tsunade has him from 1-5" asked old man third, "I'll have to ask them may I leave my lord" said a unusually giddy Itomi "permission granted, now kakashi I know you just lost your sensei but Naruto's gonna need a big brother and we both know Obito and Rin would smack you all the way to the Iwa, (stone for the dubs) if they saw how you turned out to be so freaking lazy and no more smut or I'll burn your books" said Hiruzen with a evil smile you could hear kakashi gulp "I promise sir I will be there for him not just for my sanity but for minato sensei" said kakashi. "good you may leave, Tsunade you can head out with little naruto when he turns twelve I'll need help telling him about his family and his burden" said Hiruzen. Tsunade stops feeding naruto since he fell asleep from drinking. "Of course sensei, I'll take care of this little man but if those civilians ever try to lay a hair on my little Naru," Tsunade Look straight at her Sensei "I will kill them" she said in a deathly sick sweet tone as she leaves she could have sworn she saw manito and kushina's spirits say "thank you and we trust you to take care of him." Tsunade looks up to the sky and says "I will always be here for him, I promise" shedding tears as she carried the bundle of sunshine.

THE END OF THE PROLOGUE CHAPTER ONE WILL START WHEN NARUTO IS ABOUT TO START THE ACADEMY AND AGE 12.
